Feel free to share your income + area of expertise to help one another with pay transparency.

In last year's thread, someone suggested that it'd be helpful to hear benefits as well. Db pensions, vacation time, sick leave, etc.

Additionally, degree, location, and years of experience could be helpful for others/new social workers too. But please only share what you're comfortable sharing :)
