Bilateral forearm pain for years, is this CECS?

Hey all, I’m 21m and love lifting weights regularly, but something has been stopping me in my tracks for the longest time.

The symptom that I’ve been dealing with is if i load my hands in bicep curl ROM (think 90 degree bend), I get a strong, tight almost painful feeling on the back of my forarm. When I release the pressure, a big sore ache surges through that same area. Way way worse than when holding. I guess you could maybe call this some kind of forearm splints? But people online don’t seem to really have the issues I’m describing.

I’ve noticed that if I load the end of my fingers, it’s a lot worse than if the point of load contact is closer to my arm in my hands.

This issue exists the same in both arms. zi also feel some version of it any time i lift anything moderately heavy. Spending time resting hasn’t helped at all. It only gets worse when I go hard in the gym or something a few weeks at a tkmw.

Issue in the dorsal forearm, I think the extensor muscle belly. This makes me think of CECS because it’s in both forearms in the same way, and the pain on release reminds me of reperfusion.

To illustrate, I’ve shown an image of myself pushing on the bottom of a desk with my right hand fingers, essentially loading some part of my flexors as if I was curling with max effort. I’ve added a second picture which shows where the pain is felt along my arms.

Another thing to note, not sure if this is a cascading reason, but I’ve also had pain in my elbow everytime i flex my arm, and sometimes when extend the tricep. Not sure if these two are related.

Anyways, does anyone have any idea what’s going on? This is taking a toll on my quality of life. I saw my family doctor, he was 0 help. I also live in Canada, and getting any kind of non emergency help is tough.

Thanks!
