Red Osier Dogwood
Can anyone tell me what’s going on with one of our Red Osier Dogwood? This same one had Sawfly larvae last year.

It’s year two of our smallish native pollinator garden. We converted an existing sprinkler zone to a drip system that we have on an intermittent every 14 days, 40 minute duration schedule, I know natives don’t need supplemental water really, but since the irrigation is there this is what we did (we’ll see how that does and reevaluate if needed).
Thanks to everyone who offered input and advice from my last post last year!
We’ve got three flats of approximately 90 natives in there (approx 504 sq ft) and I’ve transplanted a couple to the outside perimeter to create better airflow this year but we know we’ll need to do more next year too I think. We also got a few rose bushes, a small strawberry patch and four types of blueberry bushes. There is a section outside the plot we have some mixed natives and ornamentals and blackberries. Last year it was alive with numerous different pollinators!
