My GMAIL got hacked - lost funds and worried that Google Takeout was Performed!

Yesterday my account got hacked and I verified my device thinking it was me but it was a hacker. They got access to all my funds and now I’m worried Google Takeout was performed because they deleted any trace of emails sent or received. What can I do? Please help
