Was looking for some experiences from people that went USAF enlisted to USSF officer. How has the transition been? Has it met your expectations? What’s the good, the bad and the ugly? For context, I’m an E7 and just hit 16 TIS and would be looking to summit my package for the next ascension panel in the fall.
