Landlord charges for coin operated laundry but electricity is on my breaker [UT, USA]

My landlord charges 1.50 per wash and dry so it’s $3 per load of laundry. My breaker has the dryer on it and I think the unit across from me has the washer. Other people in the unit across from me also use the washer and dryers. Is this allowed? How do I know if I’m the one paying ?

Edit: Yes my roommates and I pay power to a power company & I don’t really want to get evicted or anything because I like this place & I just moved in so I don’t want to do anything illegal.

Edit 2: Does anyone have any advice on how to avoid electrical fires with this breaker? Or is it just luck, should I be scared ?

Edit 3: Right now I’m planning to request an inspection after my lease renewal in August. I’m worried they’ll try to offset the cost of replacing the breaker onto us. I know it’s probably illegal to do that but my roommates and I are broke college students so we couldn’t afford a lawyer or anything if that happens. Until then we’re just going to be really careful to not overdraw power, no hair dryers or anything.

I am worried about my neighbors though, we live in a duplex I think? There’s 4 apartments all attached and I doubt they know about the breaker problems.

More clarification on the laundry situation: The back entrance leads into the laundry room, from there there’s 2 doors to the respective upstairs and downstairs units. I originally thought that we just shared a washer & dryer with the people across from us, but a couple days ago some girl from the unit behind me introduced herself while using the washer so now I have actually no idea. Maybe theirs was broken & the landlord told her to use ours temporarily? I have no idea.

I have a fever and am stuck in bed so I’ll check all the breaker lever things later & update y’all then.

At this point I’m less worried about paying for the laundry power than the breaker causing an electrical fire. I have a small fire extinguisher, but someone also said the landlord is required to provide one which they don’t. Last month’s energy & water bill was about $146 for 2 bed 1 bath, 3 people. Again I’m in college & just moved out so I have no idea if that’s normal, I’m used to student housing.

Thank you everyone for all the advice & let me know if you have any other suggestions or advice.

20F with dizziness standing up

I’m 20 and whenever I stand up I get dizzy, I don’t faint but sometimes I start to fall over and my eyes go black and I have to brace myself on something. Sometimes my hands feel tingly and my head hurts after standing. On a really bad day I will get dizzy just sitting up from laying down. I’ve actually fainted only 2x in my life.

My doctor took my blood pressure laying, sitting up and after 3 minutes of standing up which all was normal. I thought that was weird because the vision and dizziness happens within 5-30 seconds of standing, and goes away after 3 minutes.

It affects my daily life because I work with kids, so I have to crouch and sit on the little kids chairs, the floor, etc all the time and I’m worried someday I’ll faint. I’m pretty good at acting normal while it’s happening but a couple times my coworkers have asked if I’m ok after getting up from circle time.

Relevant info:
5’7 135 lbs
Medications- adderall (adhd) & modafinil for yet to be diagnosed/ruled out sleep disorder (sleep study next week)

My feet also get swollen and red every night.

I run really cold, I’ll be so cold I can’t function in my house with socks and a jacket and a blanket.

I’ve been diagnosed with “fibromyalgia” but I’m working with a trauma therapist and it’s helped a lot with my unexplained pain, just not this.

I’m not very active right now because working out is really bad for my fatigue from what they think is a sleep disorder. I sleep 10-12 hours a night and am still unbearably exhausted without the modafinil, and after it wears off if I don’t sleep the second dose I’m tired again.

Should I get a second opinion? I know POTS is unfortunately really “popular” right now because of the internet. So I’m worried my doctor just thinks I’m exaggerating.
