If baby s was truly taken by cps would this realistically change anything about visitation, future custody of w ? Does the judge know about baby s being taken, is that something that’s automatically reported to her…this judge was very lenient with her is it possible nothing changes or would this ultimately force her hand

2k said cps contacted him, a former cps worker in LA speaks about Bri and 2k situation on her TT and she said often times they would reach out to the other parent to let them know the situation that’s going on inside that home. 2k also said he’s going back to court for custody, I feel like there’s no way in HELL after everything the judge will allow unsupervised visits with all that’s happened and a CPS worker having to contact 2K

- she’s already proved she can in fact leave the baby for extended periods of times

- she lied and told the judge that’s she’s super close with her mom , so I’m sure the judge will be wondering why she can’t take the baby with and get her mom to help her with both babies

- the “I’m freshly postpartum I need to rest” excuse is dead bc again she was just fine in Catalina and now Vegas

- money clearly isn’t an issue bc again she afforded Catalina island, new designer shoes and a trip to Vegas

So what I’m genuinely curious as to what excuse she could possibly come up with ?

I see people on tik tok saying John won’t be able to bring up the fact that Bri decided to leave her newborn and travel for fun but can’t travel to winter bc she’s “breastfeeding” and can’t leave baby S. Is this true is it too late for John to submit this evidence at trial ? If so that really sucks bc this just further hammers home that she’s not seeing W by choice
