Why don't Hong Kong people buy houses in Shenzhen?
I recently traveled with friends to Hong Kong and Shenzhen and found that the Pearl River Delta region has integrated very well, somewhat like the Bay Area.I learned from the news that many Hong Kong residents travel north to shop and spend money, and many of my friends who study in Hong Kong choose to live in Shenzhen.I'm wondering, if transportation and daily life are really this convenient now, why are Shenzhen's housing prices still declining? Aren't Hong Kong's housing prices already rising? Why isn't the money overflowing from Hong Kong flowing into Shenzhen?
