What are the best running shorts with bike liners for women?

Hey everyone! I've been on the hunt for running shorts that have a built in bike liner (compression shorts underneath) and I'm struggling to find the right pair. The ones I've tried either have liners that are too tight, ride up, or just don't feel supportive enough for longer runs.

Would love to hear what's actually working for you all, brand, style, inseam length, anything helps. Bonus points if they don't look like they belong in a middle school PE class

TIA!

Best leggings for women over 40 returning to the gym - what worked for you?

I'm 42, just getting back into the gym after a 3 year break and i have no idea what leggings are worth buying anymore

My old ones roll down constantly, aren't squat proof, and have zero pocket space, basically useless lol. I'm looking for:
- high waist leggings that stay up
- squat proof / no see through
- comfortable for long workouts
- phone pocket
- ideally around $60

Been looking at options for women over 40 returning to fitness but there's so much out there. What are you guys actually wearing to the gym? Budget friendly and premium recommendations both welcome!

Are there sustainable alternatives to velvet drawstring bags?

So I’ve recently gotten into using velvet drawstring bags to organize small things like jewelry, charging cables, etc. They look and feel expensive! But after my third bag, I wondered, how eco-friendly are they? Most velvets are synthetic, right? About a month ago, I was browsing Alibaba samples and saw in some listings/reset velvet “recycled” or “plant based velvets". Has anyone tried those? Are they durable? Another concern is washing them damaging like I found out mine are? They shed microfibre like crazy! And that kinda detracts from the “luxurious eco-gift” aesthetic. I really like how soft they are and how they’re drawstring, but I don’t want to be that person living in plastic fluff either! Anyone who can turn me on to some new ideas when it comes to sustainable velvet drawstring bags? Have any of you tried out natural-fiber velvets that work for small bags? Or any DIY hacks to make normal velvet bags less harmful? Looking for anyone who is out there trying to do better with velvet! Thanks!

I'm looking for some advice on what makes for a good cap in the heat of summer. I know breathability can depend on the material but it can be a bit tricky to work out what actually is cooler. I've been browsing around Alibaba looking for fabrics like poly mesh, cotton blends, wickable etc and what I want you to help me answer is - does poly mesh breathe better or is cotton cooler cause its a natural fabric? Do quick dry caps really help with those long outdoor jogs? Its that stuff about wicking sweat etc, and just how tough they are. Anything you can share from your own life what fabrics do you find perform the best?
