Darrow x Mustang in Red God

Okay it's obvious that a reunion of this power couple is late already two books but what are things you guys wish to see them discuss or scene you can envision happening or just want to see?

Personally what I really want is a scene of them similar to the council meeting with Nero etc. in Golden Son, the one where Mustang eats an apple and ragebaits everyone. I simply need them to ragebait some people and be a bit silly. I want them to be the incredible undefeated power couple that they are and I want them to be infuriating to everyone around them.

Aside from that there's the obvious ones like the reunion itself and Darrow, Mustang and Pax together acting like a family for at least a moment.

Red Hand and Republic controversy

There's this one thing that stuck out to me after Dark Age and after Lyria, Volga and Victra destroyed the Red Hand and killed Harmony and that is how easy it seemed. Like obviously at them time it was a big struggle for all involved but if we think about it if Darrow or Sevro, Victra or literally anyone from the Republic really pursued the Red Hand then they could've wiped them out instantly.

It's always been rubbing me the wrong way. Like so many Red lives could've been spared but at the time between MS and IG Darrow and co. were just too busy and focused on the Society so they opted to rather fight the battles against the Red Hand then actually fight the war and try to infiltrate them directly and in doing so wipe them out immediately. I feel like this is really supposed to show us how the Republic failed it's people. This is not supposed to put blame on Darrow and co. but more the Republic as a whole and how it failed to protect its citizens.

What are y'alls thoughts on this?

Disclaimer: THIS IS A JOKE (however)

I know Darrow is compared often to Icarus as in that he flies too close to the sun and I also think someone in the book draws that comparison but if you ask me he's not Icarus flying too close to the sun but the sun itself. Genuinely it's actually fucking funny how there is somewhat evidence in the books to proof that. Like Lyria says that it feels like Darrow makes his own gravity pulling people to him just like the bloodydamn sun. Additionally I feel like it's worth noting that almost EVERY character in the series even if they are his enemies feel drawn to him in some way. Either through obsession, curiosity, love, hatred and whatnot are they drawn towards Darrow. I mean Eo says that where he goes people follow and that they look up to him and towards him for guidance. Sounds like an analogy for the sun the me (joke) While this is all just unserious yapping it's genuinely surprising to see so much proof in the text that shows that Darrow in a way is very much like the sun.

Okay so I started rereading Dark Age and came upon this passage

“I hoped it would be like this,” Ajax says [...]. “First you. Then I work my way down the food chain. Your wife. Your shadow. Your Bellona.”
-Dark Age, Prologue

and it's just so comically funny to me that Ajax names Darrow's wife and then his closest friend and brother and then randomly Cassius 😭😭 like Virginia and Sevro makes sense but the Society has every right to assume Cassius and Darrow haven't talked in years so for Ajax to randomly threaten Cassius the Society must assume they might a bit closer than friends. Like I'm sorry but it's sooo random like 10 years no one hears anything from Cassius nobody knows where he is or if he lives and Ajax just randomly threatens to kill him to hurt Darrow

Like no word of Pax or Darrow's brother (Kieran) whose location is KNOWN or his mother but the friend that hasn't been seen in a decade
