Landlord gave me an hour heads up that he (and a crew probably?) was coming to clean the weeds up from my back patio. I was out of the house by this time so I told him to be careful with the plants.

I come back home to find that after the patio was cleaned, one of my plants was completely removed from its pot and missing. Landlord claims that the pot already looked like that and isn’t responsible for it missing. He doesn’t offer any solution.

I don’t have a recent photo of the plant but i do have a photo of what it looked like in its pot from several months ago. Is there anything I can do?
