Jerome delivers as usual! This was my first time ordering from Jerome despite over a year of watching this sub. Finally decided to pull the trigger.

• Ordered morning of 8/15 around 2AM EST
• J sent pictures and shipping & tracking notification next day by 10AM EST
• Monday afternoon it was in my mailbox

Process, timing, and communication all 20/10

I have seen a lot of people saying they don’t hear back from Jerome. I urge them to check they are messaging the right person because even when I was watching the sub I msgd a few times to inquire on certain pieces and never had any communication issues. J has always answered quickly and respectfully.
