What is the best place to go from Milan for pretty and clean beaches and not too overpriced accommodation? And also accessible by train/bus, anything up to a 6 hour ride is fine. Thanks!

My boyfriend and I live in a studio apartment (30sqm) on the ground floor (but there are still apartments below us) with very high ceilings, because it’s a loft. Our humidity is constantly around 55% even when running a dehumidifier. It often moves according to the humidity outside, right now it’s 71% outside so inside it’s 59%. However we don’t see any visible mold growth, we ventilate the apartment often and try to do our best to keep it less humid. Is this just a normal thing for small apartments like this or should we be worried?
