Just wondering if anyone with more game knowledge than me is tracking if Rally is bugged currently? I'm using the unhindered modifier but cannot move through enemies as the unhindered status suggests.
Let me preface this with, this is not my build it’s the current top zealot divine lance build at rank 72 with a 125 clear and I’m really confused as to why this build has penitent. To my understanding without red sermon zeal you aren’t proccing penitent at all with this current setup? Or am I missing something with how penitent interacts with the rest of these aspects/mythics?
