Articolo consegnato ma rimborso all’acquirente
Ho spedito un articolo e inizialmente il tracking indicava che la consegna non era riuscita per assenza del destinatario. Il giorno successivo, però, il tracking è stato aggiornato e risulta che il pacco è stato regolarmente consegnato. Nonostante questo, Vinted ha rimborsato l’acquirente e io ho perso sia il pagamento della vendita sia il mio articolo. L’acquirente non risponde ai miei messaggi e Vinted continua a sostenere che il pacco mi verrà restituito, anche se il tracking indica chiaramente la consegna. Potete indicarmi come posso risolvere questa situazione?

Mi hanno bloccato temporaneamente l’account, ho una etichetta di spedizione, posso comunque spedire l’articolo? Perché non mi fa più cliccare il pulsante di “stampa l’etichetta” e non mi fa nemmeno vedere i locker vicini in zona
