I purchased 2x EAP610 and a TL-SG1210P to power them. The person I hired to install them is telling me the TL-SG1210P can't power the EAP610 and he needs to buy a Jetstream POE+ switch instead. These are being installed in a different country so I can't quickly/easily go there to confirm.

On paper it looks like it works? But maybe its a bad configuration? The documentation suggests the TL-SG1210P has some DIP switches ... could these be configured such that they can't power the EAP? Thanks for any help or suggestions!
