This was famously said in Reservoir Dogs. I had always heard that Tarantino "stole" this line from Spike Lee's 1989 film Do the Right Thing but I am watching Miami Vice for the first time and in the Season 3 episode "Down For the Count Part 1" (aired in early '87) Don King's character said that exact same line. I don't know I just found that interesting. There's lots of actors from Tarantino films in the show Miami Vice btw, Bruce Willis, Michael Madsen, the guy in Pulp Fiction who says "the name's paul and this is between y'all", Don Johnson of course (Django Unchained), Steve Buscemi and probably more that I forgot.
