hey! not tech savvy at all, and missing my old ps2 and wii days. i live in a big city and could find a refurbished laptop on market place for somewhat cheap, my budget is around $400 more or less what are some i should look out for , the oldest model or newest cheapest model or graphic card eek

i want to emulate up to ps2 or ps3, dolphin emulator, and photoshop for mild reworking for tattoo art. thanks yall
