Kmart report 5/17/26

Superstar glacier holding on strong! 5-15 feet of depth depending on location. Average 5-7 I’d say. I think they’ll easily make June.

Monday June 1 is my guess for closing day, but maybe they can eke out a Saturday June 6.

Hi guys,
Recently have taken more of an interest in transitioning my portfolio to a simplified Boglehead approach. About me: 30 years old. $103,544 spread across a brokerage, a Roth IRA, and currently consolidating several 401Ks into one Traditional IRA, and a growth fund. Sub 100K income expected this year. Allocation goal is 92/8, with a 60/40 split on domestic and international equities. Seeking advice on reallocating my portfolio. I've included my current allocations and totals below. Mainly seeking advice on balancing the brokerage account in the best way to minimize tax liability to get into VTI and VXUS. Looking at around $7k in cap gains if I liquidate all my positions in the brokerage.

1.Vanguard Brokerage Account: $33,265.36 total

* VDIGX: $13,273.73
* QQQ: $2,670

Individual Stocks:

* Apple: $1,899.45
* Chevron: $773.24
* IBM: $2,309.80
* Invesco: $2,568.58
* Meta: $3,059.55
* Sony: $1,024.59
* Verizon: $3,746.34
* Exxon Mobil: $1,543.30

2.Roth IRA: $42,314.88 total

* VTSAX: $36,096.94
* $6,217.94 in settlement account with plan to purchase VTIAX

3.Trad IRA:

Will be ~$21,415.26 when I have rolled over all 401ks over next couple weeks. Allocations listed here are my planned purchases.

* VBTLX: $7,759.64
* VTIAX: $13,655.62

4.American Century TWCGX Growth Fund: $6,548.79 in gifted shares. Not sure what to do with this, as I'm not sure it's worth the tax hit to cash out and move it to Vanguard. Thinking of just ignoring it for a while, letting it grow and forgetting about it as it's such a small portion of my overall holdings. Advice on this?

Advice on reallocation to get to that ideal 92/8 split while being covered domestic and international? I know I have way to many individual stocks. I know I'm way over allocated to domestic, but I'm not sure how to effectively reallocate. I'm trying to treat all the accounts as 'one fund', which is why I'm sticking my entire bond allocation in my trad ira.
