Hi all,

I’m having a hard time setting up a good workflow for my thesis work and would like your advice.

I keep my theoretical material (scientific articles, notes, and ideas) locally, but I need to write and run code on the university cluster. I don’t want to upload my theoretical material, notes, or ideas to the server.

What I’m aiming for is a setup where an agent can read and write ideas locally, then implement and execute them remotely on the cluster.

Is something like this possible? I’d love to hear your thoughts.
