Using ooni 16 gas oven, burning the crust badly... Is it the semolina? I noticed it sticking to the dough when inserting it

Made the mistake of going to a concert with them...

Any tips on cleaning them would be much appreciated, I already got the "Sneaky eraser" some guy at the shop recommended but it didn't do much and I don't want to completely destroy them by mistake
