Is Simply plural back to working after the whole malware thing? Seems to be working on my end. As in the app. It seemed it wasn’t working for people yesterday so I wasn’t sure

Has anyone had any experience with contacting their customer support and hearing back relatively quickly? I’m worried cause I had a typo in my email for my stuff I got on their website and I want to make sure I get the tracking number and such. Any help on what to do would be great! I already contacted them through their website and their email too
