How do lenders follow up with thousands of leads every month without them going cold?

One thing I keep running into is that old mortgage leads don’t always die because they aren’t interested. A lot of them just never get proper follow-up once reps get overloaded. Then months later someone finally calls them and they already went somewhere else. Trying to figure out what systems people are using to handle larger lead flow without conversations constantly falling through the cracks.

Are Shopify spy tools still worth using in 2026?

I’ve been testing different Shopify spy tools again recently while researching competitors, and honestly I’m kind of split on them now. Some parts are still useful for quickly checking product catalogs, apps, themes, and store structure, but a lot of traffic and sales estimates feel questionable lately. Curious what experienced people here think.

What should I look for before buying a used MacBook?

I’ve always bought brand new laptops before, but MacBooks are expensive enough now that I’m seriously considering going refurbished instead. The only problem is I have no idea how to tell the difference between a solid long term purchase and a future disaster.

Some listings look amazing until you start reading reviews and realize people are getting machines with terrible battery health, overheating problems, almost no warranty coverage, or cosmetic grading that feels completely misleading. A lot of sellers also seem great until you realize how bad the return process is if something shows up wrong.
