I didn't take a photo for this one, but basically this is what happened. Was running Tapu Koko and M-Salamence as my lead, killed one of the opp's Pokemon. They switch in Haxorus. I assumed he was on Choice Scarf since he moved first using earthquake, and was faster than my Timid Tapu Koko, so I switched out my low HP Tapu Koko with Gyarados. I thought I was on a good position since the Haxorus was supposedly locked with earthquake, but now, this Haxorus actually used Rock Slide on the first turn as well? I was absolutely baffled, I was so sure that it was running choice scarf, but now he was able to use a different move? Can someone explain to me how that was genuinely possible because I am completely out of the loop.
