Will this work?

I'm designing a Von Kármán nose cone for a min diameter, supersonic build (Mach 1.4), and looking to save room by packing the drogue into part of the nose cone. With this design, the shock cord will have to thread into the same stud that the metal tip is secured with. Could this risk shearing the walls of the part? I suppose I could add an internal bulkhead, but I don't believe this solves the problem of shock cord stress. I do have an X2D so im able to work with a lot more materials.
