Visiting w 2 young kids (4 and 1) and were planning to do Ubers w car seats for traveling around. 1 from the car we would order and 1 travel seat.

What is the deal w the 10k cap? My parents called me about it today and said there are no Ubers available?

Curious what peoples experience have been.
