Same as the title: Is the site down?

I'm just getting a white page for the last 20hrs or so, is the site down or is it just me?

I work with pdf files a lot and I need a local pdf editor for windows. I typically torrent movies but this is my first time torrentting an application. And I'm not willing to spend on pdf subscriptions or using online editors, I need a local application.

I've decided to torrent Adobe Acrobat XI Pro 11.0.20 FINAL + Crack [TechTools]. And my windows security have detected this file "amtlib.dll" as virus and have quarantined it.

Is it safe to download this application?
Please guide me.
