Need support - Locked out of my account after creating new password
I created a new master password the other day, and after trying to enter it in exactly as I wrote it down, it's saying it's the incorrect password - everywhere (browsers, incognito, extensions, phone app). So I guess I somehow magically typed an incorrect password when creating it, with a typo that matched, twice? This makes no sense to me, because I wrote it down, and am so confused as to how I could have typed a password two times with the exact same typo when creating it.
I am the family organizer, and I can’t have any recovery codes sent to me. Nobody else on my account has the ability to send me a recovery code. I’m logged in still under my phone under my old master password, but it’s not letting me do much (can't create a recovery code), and keeps nudging me to enter in the new password, but it isn’t accepting it.
I have someone on my account, but he’s not the family organizer, and I accidentally had him reset his own recovery code and password instead of mine.
I’ve tried previous account passwords, never have set up biometrics, tried to sign in on other devices, tried to sign in on different browsers. I’m at a loss. I spent 4 hours yesterday trying to recover my account - am I just SOL and need to create a brand new account? I've been waiting for support to help me but nobody's gotten back to my emails and it's been over 24 hours. Can someone help me at all?
