I finally found a 2007 350z roadster that I thought was a good buy.

I need opinions about new wheels??

A few interior upgrades. I need new seats if anyone knows where I can get them or the name of an upholstery shop that can bring them back to life.

Hi all, hoping to get some experienced ears on this.

I'm looking at buying a 2005 350Z Roadster with the VQ35DE
(~260,000 km / 161,000 miles). There's a ticking noise coming from the engine (video below) and I'd love some honest opinions before I commit to buying.

A few questions:

1. What does this noise sound like to you? Lifter tick, timing
   chain/tensioner, exhaust leak, injectors, something else?
2. The tick seems louder on cold start - is that typical for
   anything specific on the VQ35?
3. Anything in particular I should check before buying at this
   mileage?

For what it's worth, the oil is clean with no metal shavings, and I'm planning to get an oil pressure test done before purchase.
