I have a blue bezel, I just was unable to get the old lens off. I will be offering some things.
I saw some posts about swapping out hwcal files after performing this swap BUT the screens look amazing and I am wondering if it’s necessary.
I bought this locally on marketplace for $260 and I vastly underestimated how yellowed the screens would be. That said, the color depth and viewing angles are night and day better, but a bit dimmer at full brightness. I'm currently running the screens with a white background using the Dead Pixel Checker app for a month or two to attempt to burn off some of that tint, but if it doesn't improve at all, I'll either sell it, or treat it as a built in blue light filter. I prefer slightly warmer screen tones anyway. 😅
Was looking to buy this 3DS and was questioning the screen looks a top IPS and bottom TN but im not sure yet

I’m not going to mod this one, I have a modded 3ds already. First N3DS XL, loving it so far. Looks way better than my original 3DS XL’s. Got it for a great price on marketplace so I had to pull the trigger. Sorry if my pictures are not helpful.

Just found this Fire Emblem 3DS on marketplace and the seller sent me these pictures which panel do you guys think it is.
Currently in the process of buying a New 3DS XL Solgaleo and Lunala edition and I'm looking for an Top IPS Panel one, I asked the seller for pictures and he sent me these 2 pictures, does anybody know if any of the screens is a confirmed IPS or are they both TN?
