Looking for help printing accessories for scale model

Looking for help printing accessories for scale model

Hello, I am currently kit bashing some model kits together and would like some help in 3D printing out some accessories that do not exist but in drawing form. The model I am building is an angel, and I would like to give her a halo. The head is 15/16 wide and 15/16 tall. It is a no scale model kit.

Included is the inspiration for the halo in three views. Front, back and from the side.

I will also post the photo of the measurements of the head.

For the budget, this is my first time doing something like this, so I don't really know what I should be paying. However, being that I want the material out of something strong yet flexible, I will be starting at 60 dollars.

Warganizer trays

Hi,

Long time player of Shatterpoint, I just started Warcrow. I got a warganizer 2.0 system and would love to be able to use the slide in trays that I use for shatter on the warcrow models.

Shatter are 40mm width round base, and Warcrow are 30mm round base.

The tray is in the link (STL). Shatterpoint Tray

Can somebody adapt it or guide me on how to do it, I've been trying with fusion360 but I cannot wrap my head around on how to do it.

Thanks!

Looking to Hire: Finished Zbrush to print-ready .stl conversion

I'm not sure this is the right place to post this, but it seemed like a good place to start. I have two (2) finished Zbrush sculpts (see below) that I need converted to print-ready .stl files. Given all the small "fiddly bits" on the sculpts, i'm guessing some modifications will be required to make them suitable for 3d printing. This is a paid gig, but I need someone who knows what they're doing in the 3d printing area. If you're interested, please let me know. If there's a better subreddit to post this on, please let me know. Budget: Budget is negotiable, but the $30/hr listed on this reddit's guidelines seems reasonable. Dimensions: Finished sculpts will be 28mm scale (28mm mini = 2 meters).

First Lego Medal Help

My son's First Lego League team won the Championship at a national tournament this past weekend. The team got a trophy that will live at the school, but I'd like to make a medal for each of them. I have a Creality K2 Plus so can handle the printing, but need help with the design. I was able to create an image model with ideas from the trophy, but need help turning it into a printable model. My budget is ~$50, but am willing to discuss. I can provide images for reference. Thank you for the assistance.

[US-TX] need resin printed connector

Hi I’m a pinball technician and need some special connectors printed. I’ve used jlc3dp and they worked great for a couple weeks but started to warp. They arent really exposed to any heat just molex pins pressing against a pcp board which caused the warping i think. I had a friend print me a set and they were hard as rock so no warping but where way too tight to get onto the pcp with the pins installed. So id need them ridged enough to not warp from the pin pressure but flexable enough to get onto the board without cracking apart. There are 10 connectors total and would like 5 of each. They aren’t very large. Here is a image of one of the jlc3dp ones that has warped

Not sure on budget as I don’t know much about resin printing. I’m assuming around $50ish but don’t know if I’m wildly off

[request]Modifing lego horse

Hi all,

wanted to ask how much could cost reworking, or creating from scratch Lego my little pony horse. I have mesh model of existing Lego horse, and i would like the same size model looking more like My Little Pony characters. For now i'm not that concerned about hair, I'm more intersted in better representation of the body.

[Request] I am in need of a part for my wheelchair. Can anyone help create that?

I don’t have much to offer other than like $5. But I need a file made desperately. I have a power assist, empulse r90, and the controller that mounts to the leg rest is extremely sensitive. I need some sort of shield made to stop me from hitting the stop button every time I try to adjust the speed. I will grab pictures of the controller soon.

1984->1992 Subaru L series sedan

This is my car, I'm doing a bit of a restomod on it - I've been trying to find a scale model for a couple of years and no joy.

I'd like to have a 3d model to print, roughly 1/24 scale, 15cm long? doesn't need any interior or wheels, just the bodyshell

I tried a couple of AI generators but they were crap

I don't know how long it would take to do, so budget is?? $50-$80USD?

3d printable card container

I am looking for someone to design me a deck box similar to the image attached with some key differences

I need the box to snuggly fit the dimensions of 100 non sleeved Magic the gathering cards

I need the model to be relatively efficient (I am going to have to print ~100 of these)

I am hoping for a design where the base and lid are identical so only one model is needed, and a lid can be used as a base or vice versa

Budget $5-$10

Custom Doorbell Mount

Hey all! I'm mounting a UniFi G4 Doorbell Pro on the front of my house. The wall is rough natural stone, so a flat mount won't sit flush. I want to use a 3D printed mounting plate with a conforming back keyed to the stone and a flat front with the doorbell mounting features baked in. Looking for someone comfortable with mesh-to-solid workflows to handle creating an STL file with these features.

What I need (deliverable):

A print-ready STL of the finished plate. Conforming back, flat front, cable pass-through, and two pockets for M4x8mm brass heat-set inserts at the measured Ubiquiti backplate hole spacing. I don't have a printer myself so I'll likely send it to a print service.

What I'll provide:

- A scan of the stone mounting area via Polycam (OBJ, true-scale)

- Reference photo of the current install spot

- A marked-up image the doorbell mounting backplate with dimensions and screw-hole spacing

Requirements:

- Conforming back with a ~1.0-1.5 mm outward relief offset against the scan (beds in flexible sealant on install- a perfectly rigid match rocks on the high spots)

- At least ~13-15 mm of solid material behind the front face at each insert location. Overall thickness can be whatever is required

- Flat front, no wedge needed (the camera FOV is wide enough that aiming straight out from the wall is fine)

- 2× pockets for M4 brass heat-set inserts (~5.7 mm dia × ~9 mm deep) on the front face at the measured hole spacing in the mount plate

- Cable pass-through in the large rectangular cutout of the backplate

- Watertight, manifold STL, ideally printable in ASA as it's going on a sun-exposed stone wall with harsh UV in the summer and freezing temperatures in winter

- .blend or .step source alongside the STL would be appreciated for future tweaks

Budget: TBD, willing to accept quotes

Happy to answer questions on placement as we go. Thanks!

Help Converting Sketchup Models Into 3D Printable Parts

Hello,

I am currently building a 1:32 scale diorama based on a building and the model was created in SketchUp. There are several details that are going to be FDM 3D printed in and I'm just not fast enough myself to get it all done with enough time to print everything so I'd like to outsource some of the pieces so I can focus on the larger details of the project. I understand that some parts might need to be thickened or adjusted and simplified to make them printable but most of the detail I'd like to see are in the models already. Currently the list is as follows:

  • Front stairway with railings
  • Skylight
  • AC unit Style A
  • AC unit Style B
  • AC unit Style C
  • AC unit Style D
  • 3x Additional AC Duct Styles
  • Roof access hatch
  • HVAC gooseneck ducting
  • Roof vent with rain cap
  • Commercial Electrical Boxes
  • Halogen wall lamp
  • Set of walkway railings
  • Additional access ladder

I'd like to pay $20 per bullet point above. Attached are photos of the items in question. DM me your portfolio. I'd like to get someone started in the morning (Sunday 06/07/26 9AM PST). I'll have specific instructions for certain pieces to hopefully help simplify them a little and make them adjustable for the model. I'm looking to start making more of these types of projects so it would be great to find someone I work well with for future projects.

Thanks in advance

Need gear and bolt printed for vintage sewing machine

I need a direct replacement for a plastic gear in my sewing machine with the same amount of teeth printed in a strong material, ideally also resistant to solvents as the machine is lubricated with Tri-Flow. It would also be helpful if you could mount it on the knurled shaft.

I also need a screw and nut for the raceway piece the cam interfaces with. It is not under high tension, the race is already supported by the camshaft, another upper piece and a thick bridge. So it only needs to allow the race to pivot roughly 30 degrees side to side.

My budget is flexible for this project. All parts pictured would be sent to you for reference and testing.

CNC design request of a ring

Looking for someone to design a cnc step file of a ring. It will be approximately the size of the black spacer (next to the dime for comparison) in the image. I tried to sketch the design onto the side of the spacer for reference, as well.

Some of the dimensions are provided in the picture; however, they are still being worked out and are subjected to change once I determine optimum measurements.

Budget: $55-70. Will pay extra if done in 1-2 days once commissioned.

DM me if interested in this project/for more information. Thank you.
