I got 5th and 6th gear ratio incorrect codes, just under 10k miles on trans and I only felt it slip a little 2 times. Pulled pan fluid was clean and smelled fine no clutch material in pan. Pulled VB apart installed revmax separator plate. Got new tuning from NRE. Did a quick learn. Was in 6th gear going up a hill about 5 miles after quick learn with cruise set about 55mph and it slipped right before it down shifted. Before pulling trans apart check CVIs on all drums, everything was well within spec. Any ideas before a trans tear down to actually look at my OD clutches and rebuild it again? I was not the one who rebuilt it the first time.

Anyone have any recommendations on emissions s complaint tuning?

I have a 2017 ram 2500, all stock besides deep trans pan, and banks monster ram.

I’ve had PPEI emissions complaint tuning for a couple years and don’t love the tuning. My MPG is trash and it just feels like it’s running inefficiently, plus even with trans tuning my 68rfe is always shifting into low rpm’s and I’m tired of having to manually shift gears even unloaded.
