Hello,

For more than six months, I have been unsuccessfully trying to get a resolution regarding my requests. Instead of receiving any concrete actions or meaningful responses, I continuously receive generic template replies that provide no useful information.

During this time, I have contacted:

— live chat support;

— email support;

— VIP support;

— Instagram;

— your ambassadors.

None of these channels have produced any result. At this point, I have completely lost confidence that waiting any longer makes sense, especially considering that I have been unable to access and withdraw my own funds for over six months.

Therefore, I formally request the following:

Withdraw all funds from my account to the following details:

Permanently close my account after the withdrawal is completed.

Provide an official explanation for this extremely long delay, along with an apology for the situation.

Please consider this message my final request before I escalate the matter further.

I expect an actual resolution rather than another automated response.

Account randomly locked with no reason given after big win.

Played on 888 for over a decade, losing money without issue.. until I finally won a (to me) substantial amount of money (balance being over €5k). When I tried to log on my account, I panicked after getting the messaged that my account is closed. I contacted support, and was slightly relieved to be told that it's a temporary closure, and was asked for a long list of documents. ID picture. Then a selfie where I'm holding my ID. Then bank info to prove I'm the owner of the acc. Then transaction statements, IBAN etc..

I've provided everything and gotten no reply. My account remains locked. Should be mentioned that on their sister-site (mrgreen), I'm down a bunch, and even with my recent win, I am significantly down across their sites combined. And of course my empty mrgreen account is still open and available to play, even though I'm signed up to both sites with the same bank-ID.

Anybody else had 888 temporarily close your account without warning to ask for documents? If so, what was the final outcome? How long did it take to re-open it/get your funds?

update: Absolute absurdity after being in touch with their representative on reddit. Summary:

Step 1: Account closed with no reason given (already a breach of swedish gambling regulation, which states "If the gambling company closes your account, you shall be informed. This information shall be provided in writing and it shall clarify why your account was closed. The gambling company shall within 5 weekdays after the account closure pay you the remaining balance")

Step 2: Support tells me closure is temporary, and to send the documents via mail. I do exactly as he says and send all documents via mail, including the absolutely absurd requests for selfies etc., given that I literally need my fingerprint to even log on the site via bank ID, I have never been asked to submit anything since the new Swedish gambling regulations came into place 2019, my fingerprint to log in in addition to me only playing from my own home IP make these requests completely redundant.

Step 3: The reddit support now tells me that I need to log on my account to submit the documents via their "Safe Cashier Section" which I cannot do because they literally closed my account. It's extra absurd because I literally submitted it to the exact mail that the support requested I submit it to, only to be told now by a different representative that I was actually supposed to submit it in a place they literally locked me out of.

withdraw pending for long time, documents ignored

hey.

6 days ago I issued a withdraw (947629638992). right afterwards i was asked for confirming documents, send all of them, got a cryptic mail that shouldnt have reached me (regarding someone else), asked whats the deal and hasnt heard ever back since.

I think the confirmation is stuck in some weird process. I called the support phone 10 times a day and didnt get through either, paying calls on my own.

whats the deal? do i need to file complain with OASIS or the gambling commission?

888 lied about sending my money next day, froze my account ($10k) instead, now im in debt

3 weeks ago I made a $3k withdrawal.

1 week later I asked where my money was. They said it hadn’t been a full work week yet. I asked if I was getting it tomorrow, and they replied “yes, that is correct.”

Next day I booked a dentist appointment I had been putting off for a while.

A week later (2 weeks after the withdrawal and a week after they confirmed I’d get it the next day), the money still hadn’t arrived. I had to borrow money for the dentist.

I contacted 888 again and they told me that they would appreciate if i was patient. I replied that I can’t — I’m now in debt because of them.

My mistake — those vultures immediately saw it as an opportunity. The agent got excited and switched the topic from my withdrawal to my supposed “gambling problem” just because I mentioned debt. They asked how comfortable I am with my gambling expenses. I told them i am 100% comfortable (I only play poker and I’m very profitable).

Next message was — please check your email — and I got kicked out of the client. When I tried to log back in (my account has $7k in it), it said my account has been temporarily disabled and to check my email. They literally don’t interpret money in my account as mine - otherwise they would not ban me for having debt.

Next day i log in cashier which asked me to send my ID (for 3rd time past year), which I did. It’s now been a week with zero communication. No $3k withdrawal, no email, no updates, no ID approval — nothing. I’m completely locked out. I can’t contact support, can’t play, and can’t withdraw my remaining $7k. All I can do is endlessly spam my ID documents into a black hole. This isn’t poor support anymore. This is predatory bullshit that treats customers like trash, this is scam. They lied about sending my money, used my complaint against me, and now they’re holding my funds hostage while pretending I don’t exist. I also have a $109 ticket that is about to expire.

TL;DR: 888 confirmed next-day $3k withdrawal → never sent it → disabled my account with $7k inside after I complained → ghosting me for a week.

888, I demand the following within 48 hours:

  1. Processing my $3,000 withdrawal.
  2. Restoration of my account access.
  3. Ability to withdraw the remaining balance in my account.

If this is not resolved by Wednesday 18:00 UTC, I will treat this as a deliberate bad-faith withholding of my funds and will escalate it publicly:

  • Detailed posts on major poker communities (Reddit r/poker, r/gambling, r/scams, 2+2, etc.)
  • Contacting influencers to maximize Social media and news site exposure
  • Formal complaint to the MGA

Technical Issue: Tournaments Frozen / Request for Refund - IDs #290790015 and #29072153

I am writing to report a technical issue regarding two tournaments I am currently registered in and playing.

As of 09:28 AM (UTC) on 16.05.2026, both tournaments have completely frozen/paused while their state remains as "Running". The tables are unresponsive, making it impossible to continue playing.

Here are the details of the affected tournaments:

  • Tournament 1 ID: 290790015
    • Name: $ 300 PLO Mystery Bounty 2.20
    • Buy-in: $2.20
  • Tournament 2 ID: 290792153
    • Name: $ 300 Early PKO 2.20
    • Buy-in: $2.20

Due to this technical failure on the platform's side, I am requesting a full refund of the buy-ins paid. Ideally, I would appreciate it if the compensation could be calculated proportionally based on my current chip count stack at the moment of the freeze, according to your standard cancellation policy.

I have attached a screenshot of my registration lobby showing both tournaments stuck in this state for your reference.

I just want to inform you here + 888 Poker

I just wanted to give a short update regarding my case.

After spending months trying to obtain a comprehensible explanation directly from 888poker, I have now officially submitted a complaint to the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA). The full complaint, including all relevant documents, email correspondence, and the contradictory communication from 888, has now been submitted.

What I continue to find especially problematic is the highly contradictory communication from 888poker.

On May 5th, 2026, I first received an official withdrawal confirmation for my full remaining balance of €505.14:

Only three days later, however, I then received another email from the Executive Relations Team stating that my formal complaint under reference number 2533225 was still under review:

This already directly contradicted the previous statements claiming that the decision had supposedly already been final.

Then, only a few days later, on May 11th, 2026, I received yet another completely opposite statement:

So in practical terms, the sequence was:

  • first a supposedly final permanent ban,
  • then an official withdrawal confirmation,
  • then confirmation that my complaint was still under review,
  • and finally another reversal stating that the funds would remain confiscated after all.

To this day, despite:

  • full cooperation,
  • successful verification,
  • extensive explanations,
  • videos of my gameplay and setup,
  • and the later public clarification regarding permitted software,

I still have not received any concrete explanation, comprehensible evidence, or clearly identified rule violation.

At this point, I no longer view this merely as an individual support issue, but rather as a broader question of transparency, proportionality, and fair treatment of player funds by a licensed operator.

Ontario - 888Casino - Has Anyone reported to AGCO?

Posting about 888Casino - In my short months of online casino gambling i've never had a provider take +3 days to release a withdrawal request, let alone 2 weeks, let alone months like i'm seeing some issues on here lasting for.

I have reached out multiple times to see if they need more information for verification which I will happily provide, I have received a response saying, "our processing times are listed on the site." which say like 24-48 hours. It's actually insane. I can't figure out the work around for the live chat bot, it's so slow and just keeps directing me in circles even when I ask for an agent. Was reading the AGCO standards for online gaming and if I don't get a great response from support, I will be filing a formal complaint with them as in this VERY limited experience with 888 i believe these are valid concerns.

Anyways, just curious if anyone has filed a complaint with AGCO and what has come out of it? I sent another follow-up to support today but if I don't get a response that answers my questions, that will be my next move.

Account Verification & Account Restricted For Unspecified reasons

Hello, I recently got a notification saying my account was temporarily restricted. With no reason why. Also I have Been trying for several months to verify my account with several documents that prove my identity through so much pain and having it get rejected with no reason. I recently obtained a bank statement (3 months valid) and switched my method of verification in hopes this would work but to no avail. It contains my address and name as requested but still no response and no verification and no means of getting in touch with support. At least I would like to know what i'm doing wrong if I may be doing something unexpected by accident. Help.
