Please help with check engine light

So yesterday I changed the oil on my 2017 honda accord sport my car takes 4.4 quartz i bought a 5 quart gallon i filled it up until the gallon marked 1Q idk if i over filled it or didn't put enough but i then checked the dipstick and it was marking that the oil was above the maximum dot i went to do something and after 15 minutes before I drove the car I checked it again this time it was marking barely above the minimum dot. On my way home i noticed the car weird i would step on the gas and it would feel stuck then like a jump and then accelerate fine. When I got home I took a 3 hour nap as I work graveyard then before driving the car again I checked the oil & marked in-between the minimum and maximum dot. I left it like that then later that night on my way to work the check engine light came on and now I'm worried what if I put too much oil or just not enough. After my shift I had a co worker check the oil level it was still the same in-between minimum & maximum he said to to it off and hopefully that fixes the check engine light issue but I was not comfortable about the idea so I took the car to Autozone to get it scanned and it's coming back to my catalytic converter being bad. Now idk if it really is that or not just seems weird that after the oil change the car felt weird then the light came on if anyone has some idea or know anything of what it can actually be I would really ask it. Thanks

2017 Honda Accord noise

When I started my 2017 Honda Accord today, it started making this noise. No engine light is on. It only makes it when I start the car up to when it is in drive and starting to go into motion. When driving at a range of speeds, I don’t hear any noise until coming to a halt. There is no difference in the feel of how the car regularly drives. Everything feels normal. No bumpy or raffling when exhilarating I got my transmission fluid changed abt 6 months ago for regular maintenance. Oil change last week. Car has 133,339 miles. Had past starter replacements about 9 months ago. Please help! Any advice would be very appreciated! I literally just paid it off and got the title in the mail yesterday after a 6 year loan. :,( I’m bumming

Could it be the VTC actuator? I know that can be common in Hondas?

Does this sound like the VCM actuator?

Does this sound like the VTC actuator **

When inside the cabin it sounds like a 2 second ish rattle.

Car is a 2014 Accord Sport 4cycl Sedan

This is the first time starting it for the day
After the first ride it doesn’t do this, unless sitting for a handful of hours between each usage.

The Lurch

Used new to me ‘14 Accord S - 110,000 mi - last CVT service: 92,000 mi.

Symptoms: lurching, pulling, delay at low speeds, after decelerating. Rubber band like/ uncertain gear.

Notes:
- I’ve never owned CVT car before.
- it’s not un-drivable, but occurs mostly when “taxing” or slowing down after highway.
- Once had delayed acceleration when I accelerated hard.
- Oil change tech once checked and said my fluid was dirty (could have been trying to upsell)
- Independent mechanic drove car and did not notice anything (had not mentioned it to him)

Questions:
- Should I get my transmission serviced/flushed then see? (It’s about 10,000 mi before Honda’s rec.)
- How common is this?
- Should I consider new spark plugs?

Muffler and/or resonator delete?

I got a 2014 accord sport and not gonna lie it does have some sound to it as stock but I want it louder. I’m not sure if I should do a muffler delete, resonator delete, or both. I don’t want it to be raspy at all and I heard that if the resonator is deleted then it’ll become raspy. I want it deep, not raspy. What should I do?

E85 on v6 6at

How hard is it to run e85? In my area e85 is ridiculously cheap (like 1.50 ish) and I wouldn’t mind the power gains either. Is it feasible to convert to e85 and if so, how much will it cost me? I have done some research and it seems to be all over the place on this one. I am prepared to test the fuel at every pump manually to save on an e85 sensor too, if it comes to it to cut costs. I would make tuning maps for winter and summer grade e85 since it fluctuates. Is it necessary to replace fuel lines, injectors, and the fuel pump? Any part links would be greatly appreciated as well. Thanks

edit 1: I will probably do bolt-ons in the future, but I have no plans to ever go forced induction.
