Hey everyone! I just made a brand new design inspired by lexington from cyberpunk 2077. Yes this is a fully functional upper that replaces stock parts. If you want to look it up it's called APEX upper for AAP-01 :)
I am currently working on a compact version of my PCC kit for the AAP-01. This version will feature a retractable stock. The stock is built using two €3 aluminum rods from AliExpress and a few simple sawing steps. Right now I'm just waiting for the aluminum rods to arrive. My first prototype made of PLA is already working really well and barely wobbles at all. The remaining play will disappear once the tight-fitting aluminum rods are installed.
The coolest part is that you can easily pull the stock back and push it right back in using just your body and the push button.
In addition I have designed a new short handguard. You won't need an outer barrel extension anymore and can screw flash hiders or suppressors directly onto the original AAP-01 outer barrel. The body is identical to my larger predecessor kit.
Speaking of which, I want to thank you all again for the massive interest in the first version of the kit. You guys downloaded it like crazy. Thank you so much! :D
Once I've assembled and tested everything in about a week or two I will release the kit for even a bit less money than the first one.

Hi, I'm new to this AAP01 community, and I've seen many different builds throughout Airsoft. At first, I thought to myself, 'What an ugly pistol, who actually runs this?' But ever since I wanted to get my hands on a GBB Sten gun, and with no luck, I decided, why not buy my first AAP01 and try to find a 3D-printed Sten gun kit for it? So, I joined this community in the hope of getting some tips and advice on owning my first AAP01 and hopefully being able to find a Sten gun kit, if there's one out there. Thanks in advance.

- Recommended AAP01 to buy?
- Any upgrades needed to improve performance?
- Are there any Sten gun Kits?
When the bolt is locked after empty, mag does not drop freely and I can’t insert the mag softly or else the mag release won’t catch properly so I gotta slam it in every time.
So I gotten the Hard "V" Nub version. While I haven't dived into hopups personally.. Do I need a bucking for it or can it be ran on its own?
Just checking with people who have experience with these adaptors. Which do you personally believe are better? Right now, I'm considering going with MP5 mags due to their appearance but might go with the M4 magazine for capacity. I'd just like to hear what you have to say about it all.
Here is an AAP-01 lower receiver for AR-10/SR-25 magazine. This kit allows you to convert the AAP-01 for DMR-style builds or W40k bolters.

Firewad Panther kit compatibility : please note that the difference between the two lower parts is 14.05 mm, BambuStudio's “Boolean operation” feature can easily help you, or a few passes with a file
Hi y’all ! I tried to do things differently and made a completely 3D printed lower (except screws and springs obviously), and while I was at it, ended up making a specific upper for it. At the end of the day it only keeps the bolt and the hop/barrel, but keeps the AAP01 upper compatibility (which can lead to odd combinations, though) :)
After a long time I made another AAP-01 conversion Kit. Unlike the Kits, that I have made in the past, this one replaces the upper shell, instead of integrating it, allowing a sleeker design and fit! It features an aluminium tube reinforced locking folding stock, a modular/replaceable "handguard" and detachable rails. Currently the files are not available but may be at some point in the future
Seems like the primer isn’t catching the hammer?
So i just got back into airsoft after a break, and decided to pick up this project again. Already had the CTM TAC M4ximus kit and internal upgrades like TTI hop up unit, ultra lightweight bolt, SS hammer parts. Only whats lacking (obviously) is the exterior. Wanna make a carbine out of it. Have yall any inspiration for me?

I've been putting together my CNC parts and now my hop barrel and unit (stock) isnt fitting, the hop is ever so slightly too big where the gold inner meets it where the screw holes dont line up for me to fit. Im probably just being dumb, but what do I do?
