I know there are websites that allow me to generate images, but from what I understand, they're very limited. Is it worth spending money to generate images on those websites, or is there a way to generate them locally on my PC without having to pay for subscriptions? Or would it be better to pay for a subscription on a website? If so, my budget for a subscription would be a maximum of $30 USD. Where should I look or start, or what options do I have?
