Who would you like to see BACK?

There'll likely be some familiar names next year.

Only considering people who've played before, who is due a return? Who is due a bump up the bill?

It's too soon for the 2025 headliners to come back.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Lorde, the National (3rd appearance) or Barry Can't Swim (1st headline).

Lankum if they're touring again.

Cliffords, Florence Road, Dug and Madra Salach all due a bigger slot.

Negative posts...

Lads I don't know about most of ye but I had one of the best festivals ever this weekend. It was fucking fantastic.

The music, the people, the toilets. Everything aligned perfectly. Every random person I had an interaction with was nothing but divilment and love.

I can't be the only person who had a good time...

ATN First Timer

Enjoyed the few days. Have done EP four times before so it's naturally hard not to compare both.

  1. Much more pleasant crowd. Yes, I noted a lot of teenagers at Underworld on Sunday but on the whole, the crowd was easy-going, sociable, and respectful. Didn't see any behaviour of concern.

  2. I deliberately sought a "quiet" campsite so went to One For The Road following the advice of several people. Quite the walk to it but worth it. Notably clean campsite throughout (EP looks horrendous by the Sunday), friendly neighbours, and no late night music.

  3. Hills!!! Couldn't believe how hilly the terrain was. Made me realise how suitable the EP site is. Between the downhill walk upon entering the campsite to the uphill walk to One For The Road, I was wrecked!! But then came the walk to the main arena. Yikes, that climb to Something Kinda Wonderful and then onto the main stage was something else!!

  4. The lineup wasn't really for me but that's fine, I knew this was the case beforehand and wanted to experience ATN anyway. Enjoyed Getdown Services, Maribou State, BABYRAT, and, of course, Christy Moore. Stumbled upon an impromptu trad session on the way back to my tent on Sunday night. Sat down and watched this for an hour and more. Amazing! Not normally one for comedy but saw Ryan Carrick, Aileen McQueen, and Emma Doran who were very funny imo.

  5. Toilets. I'm a male so used the urinals primarily. Some were clogged by evening but fine overall. The cubicles were generally good too relative to EP. I've never seen so many cleaning staff actively on-site across the day, not just morning time. Very striking how clean everywhere was kept.

  6. Would I go again? Yes, absolutely. I'd actually find it hard to go back to the chaos of EP tbh.
