LE TM-B shipping?
Has anyone who ordered the LE TM-B e bike received any information regarding delivery? Anything?

So now there’s a whole new type of waiting, lol
Anybody else notice nearly all of the social media ads RideAlso were running seemed to have just disappeared?
Guess they received enough pre-orders yesterday? 🤔
Looks like the Owners Guide is available. Some light reading while we all wait! There are some answers to recent questions/concerns like wheel removal and “get home mode.”

On the back of all the excitement with gear shop, reservation ordering. Wish casting here. Keep those fingers crossed.
Just checking if any of y'all have received either the bike or a notification of shipment? I'm a relatively late order (December) and so far have received close to 0 updates, except for some vague statements about shipping between July and Sep.
My partner currently uses lime bikes to commute and has been asking me for updates all summer long :P. She gave it a test spin when they were in our neighborhood and we both can't wait to receive ours.
I had a saved build that included tire fenders but my saved build is no longer available, and when creating a new build the fender options are gone
Has anybody gotten an email or learned anything about tomorrow's ordering process? I haven't seen anything.
Torn between top fram size. I think I will choose the small one since my wife will be using it as well.
Also (no pun intended), does anyone know if a dropper post can be installed?
We rode around on them for about 40mins.
We were able to test the brakes throughly.
We experimented with different cadence settings; she likes 45, I prefer 55.
Maybe it has something to do with our ages? 🤭
The throttle is impressive, even on very steep hills.
We flew up them at nearly 20mph.
Weird test I tried with the banana seat; I unlocked it while sitting on it. It went nowhere. I didn't fall off backwards. It just sat there until I lifted it off or canceled the removal on the screen. I think the pedal-by-wire disengages entirely when in the unlock screen.
Street tires performed fine on gravel and dirt trails.
A RideAlso tech pointed out that the saddles that will come with the Utility top posts are about an inch wider than the solo top seats.
I think we may end up with two of those, short Utility top posts.
One purple. One green. 😁
Tuesday can't come fast enough !
I switched back to H100 because I found them to sound better than PX8S2. H100 has better bass, bigger and more detailed, relaxed sound.
PX8S2 sounds artificial boosted in middle highs, weaker bass and they have a small soundstage (like earbuds). Also H100 beat PX in anc and they nicely cut the wind noise outside
It's official; get in by Monday to secure a vehicle

I was trying to figure if my panniers will attach to the rear rack on the Utility Top Frame. Using the chat I got some details I didn't understand. FYI
From the chatbot.
Our Utility Top Frame features a MIK HD rear rack that is compatible with with many accessories. Learn more about MIK HD here: https://mikclickgo.com/en/mik-hd
It's official.
ALL RESERVATION HOLDERS will receive their invites August 18th 2026 !
I was emailing with a customer service person today and learned a few things that might be of interest to some of you. I am shortening the CS response where useful.
Q: Can I save my gear shop credit for later when more items are available?
A: "Of course you can! The credit you received is good for anything in the Gear Shop. Alpha Wave pre-orders will be live in the near future and you'll be able to secure one then. Items in the Gear Shop will also be available for pre-order in the coming weeks, so you'll have your pick either way."
Q: Can fenders be easily removed?
A: Yes, they can be easily removed. They have mounting points that do not require wheel removal or loosening the axle bolts. They have a couple of hex bolts of their own with mounting points on the fork and read chain stay.
Q: Will Trail Ride Mode be available for Road versions in the future (software update or unlocking)? Are the knobby tires easy to swap with road tires if I buy Trail Raid Mode?
A: Trail Ride Mode is exclusive to the All-Terrain bike and CS couldn't say if it will ever by available for road bikes. The tires are pretty standard, but can be a small amount of effort to removed because they are 24". Have a lot of plastic levers and patience. Shouldn't be a problem for an experienced biker. The tire has an inner tube and a Schrader valve.
Q: Does having an early reservation give me any advantage in placing my order compared to somebody who reserved yesterday?
A: "Your spot in the queue is definitely determined by the speed at which you place your pre-order, but for now, I can't say whether or not it's tied to the reservation timing. There are multiple factors that go into ship date such as location and configuration. We have to custom pack each order with its specific components, and based on availability and warehouse processing, it's a big factor. Location matters too, and being that you're in CA it bodes well for your spot in the queue. For now, all I can say is, keep an alert for emails from updates@ridealso.com and be quick to pre-order day-of. I understand that's an unsatisfying answer but it's all I know for now." CS couldn't say when the order system will turn on, but from what he knows, it'll be early in the morning on 8/18 (I would guess that means California time).
I've searched in here but haven't seen this all covered, so here goes if anyone has test ridden a bunch...
Top frame size: I'm 5'8" on the nose. Some specs say 5'5" to 6'8" for the large frame, but others say 5'8" to 6'8". I am the tallest person in my household. Their advice says size down if you're unsure. I guess this means small! What are y'all doing?
Ride package: Seems if I ever want to use trail mode, I must go all terrain. I guess that's settled, but I'll be 90% on road..how rough/annoying do the knobby tires feel on-road?
Cockpit: I won't be going wild on trails but will be exercising. I have some back issues. Seems Standard is a better play.
Frame and tires can be switched later. Bars, less so?
I welcome any advice or wargaming as we get ready to rush the site in a few days...
