I’m looking for fics that focus on / depict the process of falling in love.

I’m comfortably aro, but I wanted to dabble in a bit of romance lately. Only to learn that I have no clue what ppl see as love that goes beyond normal friendship. So if you have some recs that really focus on that, I’d be super happy.
I’d also like the relationship to be rather “vanilla”, so no enemies to lovers or ppl falling in love while imprisoned or something. Give them all the options in the world and still have them fall for each other.

Fandoms: Open to all if they don’t require too much reading up. Am familiar with the big ones (HP, LoTR, Supernatural). I’m not too big into superheroes though.

Tropes: Friends to lovers, falling in love, slow burn (pls not too long, my readings speed is terrible)

Ideal length: around 50k

Does anyone have a recommendation on good vampire fanfics?

Here are things I'd love to read about. The more your recommendation has, the better(Preferable stuff):

Explicit with eventual smut and prickling tension till then. Playing little Games with each other.

I'd love that the proactive one to take his time but make loving him inevitable.

Maybe a bit of juicy 🍇.

Blood drinking - also as aphrodisiac for the partner (Preference: if they match)

Something in the direction slow burn, kidnapping and golden cage.

I would love a Vampire Hunter x Vampire dynamic. (VH being clumsy, but and the Vampire thinks it's adorable or the one being imouslive and the other patient. AO3-Community, you know what I'm talking about)

BL or hetero is both fine. (Preference BL)

The top or guy being the vampire and bottom human/hunter.

Comfort and angst

I'm not really a fan of a harem. Maybe reverse harem, if it has good writing.

Also if one part outpowers the other in strength or intelligence, I don't like the "underpowered" part to be degraded intellectually immensively or even seriously hit or punched. That's just abusive. And I like it dark, but not traumatic.

The universe can be really anything. Could be MC, Diabolic Lovers, Baldurs Gate 3, Dracula, Case Study of Vanitas, Strike the Blood, Vampire Knight, ...

I just don't want to have kids movies like hotel transylvania. Having smut there is kinda disgusting.

And I'm not really a fan of crossovers, inconsistencies, or character rewriting.
