I have seen the Yndrasta spearhead out of stock in many many local retailers, and I cannot seem to find it on the official GW website anymore, not even as out of stock or online only.

Is this spearhead rotating out somehow?

I have played spearhead double multiple times with Skavens, Nurgle, Stormcast against Seraphons, Khorne and Gitz etc... The double game is a bit longer than I thought and I was thinking of coming up with a in-house rule to make the game faster for 4 faction on a board.

I want to create a in-house free for all and 4 faction on a double map spearhead game. The issues so far are:

1. The length of the gameplay
2. The battle tactics card would be spread out too thin.

My adjustment are:

1. Create a three battle round game
2. Have each player draw 2 battle tactics card for each round.

Let me know what you guys think and if you have any better idea, I will try to incorporate those on the free for all spearhead game.

End of the day, I just want to have a good time playing spearhead.

I’ve got my first game coming up with them in a couple of weeks and was wondering how strong people felt they were?

I’ve seen it dominate the cities army but what’s it like against the rest so far?

I’ve just scoured the warhammer website in search for spearheads and I realized that there are quite a few missing like the old Seraphon one, the Stormcast Eternals one, the Sons of Behemat one, and like some of the older ones (that probably got replaced by the new versions (for example tzeentch and Sylvaneth)). Is this normal? Like I understand the seraphon and Sons of Behemat for a possible release 👀 but stormcast with yndrasta?

We have now 4 CoS spearheads released. Could anyone tried or played against some of those recent ones? I played my friend’s Castellite Company and it was performing quite well in my newbie hands. I was thinking to buy my own. Though, I like the fusiliers units looks but it seems that Fusils Platoon is the weakest one. I have heard that Jorvan Kreel’s is not good either but Zenestra is actually decent one.

What are your thoughts?

I'm playing the new Cities of Sigmar spearhead and my friend is using the Behemoths spearhead.

Can my general use the Ranger Doctrines on himself before the Timber effect, or does Timber trigger first (and potentially kill my general) before the Doctrines can resolve?

Specifically, how do you store the boards/cards/terrain? I’m a fan of the book-sized storage box that came with City of Ash, but I got my copy of Sand & Bone second-hand with no box. How do yall usually store/transport the non-army parts of the game?

so one of my fellow employees and a few customers (I work at a warhammer, dnd, etc store) finally peer pressured me into playing spear head. I have no idea how to play, no idea how to paint, im lwk just ballin’, and im playing bubonic cell

I picked them cus I thought they were cute (before you ask yes im a girl and I stand by what I said the nurgling piles are cute SUE ME) a few of the repeat customers laughed at me a bit, all in good fun theyre just excited to have a new convert, but when I showed my older brother (who was yapping about how cool warhammer was like just the other day) he made fun of me and said that people who played nurglings were mentally ill, fat, stupid, and just disgusting people in general (he used much coarser language) and I was like really upset

so here I pose my question: is it really that big of a deal im playing nurglings?????? like he doesnt even know all the different games under the 40k label??? he asked why I didnt play space wolves and like theyre not even AOS????? (correct me if im wrong plz)

edit: he called me a stupid chud for “attention seeking” on reddit so yea ._. the comments sum up who he is quite well ig also his ass is 19 (AN ADULT) and I am A CHILD and he doesnt play a single game under the warhammer label much less spearhead (SHE DOESNT EVEN GO HERE)

You can print it on A4, it fits nicely and is easy to read.

IMPORTANT: Since it’s not possible to update the images in the post, I’ll upload small/blurred previews of the cheatsheet here. My first versions often contain typos, outdated abilities, incorrect copy-pastes, or other issues. If you find any, let me know! I will fix it ASAP.
This way, I hope to prevent people from using an outdated version they might find elsewhere when a newer one is available.

For someone starting spearhead today, who has the Fire and Jade book from Skaventide, what from Warhammer Community is required to be up to date on rules?

Are the various faction warscroll downloads all updated and correct (i.e. I don't need a separate errata doc to interpret them)?

Has the Fire and Jade battlepack changed? I can't see anything on warcom for that.

And is there anything relevant in the latest core rules update to check out?
