I've played through the game so many times, and it seems like no matter what I do Sherma ends up dying.

Sometimes it's a hazard or an enemy, sometimes Hornet takes control and executes him, and sometimes he just gets hit by an orbital strike for no reason.

Are there any routes I've missed? And does he survive in any of them?

I lost everything but I will get it back shortly.

Absolute Silksong is temporarily taking a break. We will return as quickly as possible. Boredom is quickly setting in.
