August 2026 Investor Presentation
I think many of us have seen this template from them previously, but a few slides are updated to reflect the future Bancorp refile, and I believe they added more slides about the leadership. Figured I’d leave it here for others to see if they hadn’t already:
$ATCH Weekly Discussion - Week of August 10, 2026
Thought I might try doing a weekly post instead of daily, see if it drives a little more conversation and engagement. If it goes well we’ll keep doing weeklies, if not then back to the dailies. I’m open to any insight on what to do to drive engagement here as well!
Something is going on?
It seems something is going on... any thoughts?
I bought ATCH almost 2 years ago in the beginning of my investing journey
And I still have it lol. I had no idea at all what I was doing back then, and it was my first penny stock type purchase. I got in with a few buys around $0.90. Now I have averaged all the way down to $0.288. Who else has been here that long? I simply hold this stock because it gets good news all the time, and I hope it has its day. I almost only hold it out of principle, to see it patience truly can pay off haha
How long have y'all been here and what are your averages?
my thoughts and why im still holding
if we take a look at how the market works we know that institutions dont buy all at once they buy only at the bottom and we see large spikes like 10-20% up in the after market all the time almost every 2 weeks when we are at lows.
and then they anounce lets say almost every 2 quartars someone bought a big chunk over a while ago and this has been going for over a year when they anounce we get a big run then we are back to lows so i think institutions are getteing ready while retail are just fucking with eachother and trading emotionaly , tell me what you think.
New Form 4 filed.
Ridenhour was granted 700,000 immediately vested restricted shares, 286,842 restricted shares that vest in 2027, and stock options for 771,030 shares at a $0.18 exercise price. This appears to be compensation under his employment agreement, not an open-market purchase.
