The week that finally broke me

Bought in at 20cent last year, bought again at 29. Missed the spike when it hit $1.80 - my target was $3 so only my own greed to blame.

Still believed it would come back but watching the value steadily decline this week and then reading about the 15 million shares to attract reward and incentivise staff……

Maybe penny stocks aren’t for me- today I started to off load.

Dilution Reason(s) + RS Risk

Is the dilution in the new proposal due to the capital needed for the bank? If not, the risk ok a RS is imminent if the nyse 0.25 rule is passed.

How much of the 5 new correspondents are reflected on today's earnings ?

Pretty much what the title say, the earnings weren't necessarily bad but they were not great if you compare them to Q2.. the numbers were slightly the same if not a little worse... still with an operational loss.

I wonder if any of the new 5 correspondents operations have already been reflected on the revenue and bottom line ?

Maybe next quarter ?
