So ayon, balita ko may off-cycle promotion this month (?) and wala ako naranasang talent discussion about that, and that's okay for me. But, this September, start na raw ng deliberation or talent discussion about IPB or anong bonus man yon, hindi ko kasi sure. On the other hand, yung ACE program ko matatapos na this January. Pag ba ni-talent discussion na ko ng lead ko this September, pwede ko ba i-discuss sakanya or like mag-request kung pwede ako ma-promote para makeep ko yung ACE ko? Plano ko kasi once na hindi ako ma-promote before my ACE ends, bye ACN na since hindi na kaya ng sahod ko kapag nawala pa yung ACE. Eh gusto ko rin yung project ko ngayon kasi hindi siya toxic and maluwag, so may part sakin na manghihinayang ako kapag umalis ako.

So ayon, pinaka question here ay kung pwede ako mag-request to be promoted even if it's off-cycle.

Edit: Mali yata pag-construct ko here but what I mean po is once na na-promote ang isang employee with ACE, yung ACE ay automatically added na siya sa new base pay. :)

Hi, I was advised last week na for approval nalang ulit yung JO ko since they added or amended some bonus. Then I sent follow up email and text to HR pero walang response. :( Am I ghosted na ba? Or should I still wait? Anyone in the same boat as me?

Halos 3 linggo na malakas ulan dito satin. Kamusta kayo? Pinipilit niyo pa din ba lumuwas kahit baha na at umuulan para makumpleto yung mandatory 2x RTO a week? Or naglileave na lang kayo o nagpapaalam sa lead niyo na di kaya makumpleto yung rto this week?

Last week naka naka isa lang ako na rto gawa ng malakas yung ulan buong linggo. Sinabi ko sa lead ko na di ako makaka rto nun friday para maka 2x rto gawa ng malakas ulan at baha. Bahala na kung ma NTE. di talaga kaya lumuwas pinrioritze ko yung safety ko.

Sabi sa email nila "your safety is our priority daw". Gusto ko malaman if pinarioritize niyo rin ba yung safety niyo at di niyo na pinilit mag rto.

So my aplication status sa workday is interviews completed and now I have some tasks I need to complete and isa don is need ko magprovide ng proof na may latin honor ako. The thing is, sarado ang registrar ng school namin due to weather conditions since last week pa and naka wfh sila, di rin sila nag poprovide ng e-certificafe.

Ano po ba magandang gawin next step dito? Di kasi nagrereply yung recruiter and until tomorrow yung deadline dun sa workday. Pwede kayang yung official list of graduates with latin honors from my school ang ibigay ko? Its the same case with my certificate of graduation, ano kayang pwedeng alternatives isubmit. 1. Dividends - usually ano po ginagawa niyo if naka receive po kayo? Sa case ko, wala ako ginagawa, chineck ko lang. Sana tama to huhu

2. Tax filing - Nag file ako BIR 1700 last March. Pero mukhang yung last quarter (Q2) lang na file ko kasi hindi ko na gets nga huhu hindi ko nasama yung Q1 sa computation. Need ko ba mag late filing pa?

3. Tax filing ulit - tama ba intindi ko? Nag bayad kasi ako ng irish tax so kaya dito sa pinas wala ako dapat bayaran (kung tama pagkaka file ko)

Pinag dinner-out kami ng lead namin since sila ay nasa luzon and kami ay sa cebu back on June. Fast forward pina reimburse nila yung expense namin, na log naman sa myte kaso nga lang di na submit yung Hard copy sa drop off location namjn dito sa cebu. Naka receive na ako ng email about ma dededuct sa september pay ko since dahil nga di napasa yung Hard Copy. Di ko nabasa yung email about hard copy submission (honest mistake) sa sobrang busy nadin namin sa project, literally di na napapansin mga ibang emails.
Ang problema is nawala na yung mga receipt pero nahingan ko naman ulit sa resto (tho di na sya katulad na kung ano yung nasa myte na sinubmit ko)

Question: If isusubmit ko pa to sa dropbox, tatanggapin paba kaya or maaari pa ba na ma waive yung deduction?

I received an Invitation from ACN for onsite processing and they want me to go to their office in cebu. so ayun na nga, pumunta ako sa Accenture Cebu para mag apply as ASE but sabi nila hindi daw sila hiring tapos CSR lang daw yung available na position nila.

so why naka received pako ng email if hindi naman sila hiring???

I just wanna ask if ako lang ba na on hold yung application after ng technical interview? I just had my technical interview last week and just today received an update na on hold daw muna. Gaano katagal usually kapag on hold yung hiring? Hihintayin ko pa ba or maghanap na ako ng iba?

Applied for ASE and was given Database Administrator role, I have knowledge in python (did some scripts to automate some of my manual tasks) and a bit on SQL (was learning and still enhancing my skills on how to query on sql-practice(dot)com). I know that I don't get to choose my role when applying for ASE but is this role entry level? I'm confused.

Hi, I need help and suggestion if kamusta PTP position CL 12 ni ACN? I know depende kay project and workloads. But how about sa benefits and offer kay ACN? TIA.

Bago lang ako sa Accenture and nanggaling na ako sa iba't ibang toxic at high-pressure companies. Akala ko kakayanin ko yung "pressure" sa Accenture despite it all. Pero wow. Hindi ko inakala na ganito siya katindi.

Because of the push of AI, yung supposedly output done in a day, nagiging half a day or mas mabilis pa ang expectation ng output. Nung una, I don't mind. I know the capabilities of AI. But as someone who takes pride on the quality of my work, I always and always double check my output and palagi talagang may lapses ang output ni AI. So most of the time, I spend more time with my quality checks than the actual "AI" work itself. Pero napapansin ko lang recently na parang wala masyadong focus on quality output, more on how many and how fast you get it done. And it's driving me crazy.

Dagdag pa na parang ang laking utang na loob kapag nagtetake ng leave, kahit na for a medical reason. Unfortunately, I learned na I have to undergo surgery and would require me to take a month off work or more. Hindi pa ako makapag-apply ng leave for my consults and to get ready for my surgery kasi ang dami ko pang deliverables. And tatama daw sa performance ko kapag nag-take ako ng leave on critical days. I get the business needs and I get that there are certain days na ako mismo yung taong kailangan nila for that output or meeting, pero this is hammering me down. I want to prioritize my health at this point of my life kasi ang tagal ko na syang napagpaliban because I kept on focusing on my career sa past few companies ko.

Hindi pa ako regular and I already wanted to resign. This is the first time I've felt this despite being with multiple known "toxic workplaces." Baka cultural difference na ito on my end. Pero I don't think I have the stomach and tolerance to stay in ACN, kahit na ang laki ng offer nila sa akin. I jokingly told myself na kahit magvolunteer akong magpababa ng CL, okay lang if this means I get less workload and more time to my life outside work. Pero napapansin ko rin yung mga kawork kong lower CLs and they get the same expectations and workload as I do in my role.

I joined ACN kasi it's supposedly one of the top tech consulting companies out there. Pero by it's nature, it is still a BPO industry and the culture shows it. Ibang iba sa ibang local or international companies or industries out there.

Anyway, I'm torn between wanting to resign as early as now kahit di pa ako regular or di pa ako nakakatagal ng 1 or 2 years for my sanity. But I also don't want this short track record on my resume. Pero grabe talaga, iniiyakan ko yung work ko because I feel like I always have to choose between my health or my career.
