Pinaka pinanghihinayangang kong mawawala pag nagtransition na sa Intellicare. As a daughter na enrolled both senior parents sa Best life program ni Maxi~ napakalaking ginhawa ung nabibigyan sila ng free med sa maintenance (Cholesterol, HB, Diabetes) nila every 3 months.

Nakakalungkot lang kasi malaki din natitipid ko dito sa benefit na to, nag search na ako sa Maxi lang pala may ganun program, hopefully may maintenance assistance din si Intellicare.

I've got a JO at Accenture, and it's for CL12. May I know a brief summary for CL12?

Hi, normal po ba na need agad ma-sign ang JO/CONTRACT? Minamadali kasi ako ng recruiter para daw ma-forward na sa onboarding. He had the Final Interview/JO Discussion kaninang morning then he sent the contract and everything this afternoon. He is pushing us (marami po kaming nasa JO Discussion kanina sabay sabay) na matapos nang i-sign ang mga documents including the contract within the day (Saturday).
Also, as a Latin graduate, wala pong namention na additional allowance for it. The offer was 21k + 2.8k de minimis. Ano pong need imention kay recruiter to increase the gross pay per month? Meron din po bang extra allowance for licensed inviduals? Thank you!

I just wanted to ask if it’s possible to request a title/role change from Business Architecture Associate to Package Dev/Custom SE Associate.

I’m still a new hire, and our bootcamp is about to end (SAP). I might be assigned to a project next week since one of the managers has already approached me about a KT session. I have a development background, so I’d prefer to be in a more technical role if possible. I’m mainly hoping to have a technical title that better aligns with my skills and long-term career goals.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? Were you able to request a change before being assigned to a project, or is it something that can only happen later?

Currently missed last June RTO twice a week RTO. Sabi ni Lead ma I.R na agad ako kahit 1 week lang na missed ko.

So recently an ATCI in my project got promoted to CL9. She was previously a CL11. Possible din ba to sa ATCP na mag-skip ng isang career level? I believe I am being groomed for promotion both by my offshore managers and onshore managers, since nag message one time yung senior manager ko sa offshore na they are watching me daw for potential future leader. Hindi na din dumadaan sa pod lead ko yung tasks ko, diretso na binibigay ng onshore manager ko. Out of all the CL12s and CL11s in my project, sa akin lang tumatawag itong onshore manager ko. I am currently a CL12. So I was wondering, if may possibility to get promoted as CL10 instead of CL11.
