44F looking for Fortnite OG friends [PS5] [NAE]

PS5 | NA-East | Fortnite OG

I play a lot of OG (no builds), which is the Chapter 1 map. It’s so hard to find people who love to play OG and also have mics. Help a girl out, please! 😅💜

Looking for people with mics who actually communicate and can hold their own in sweaty lobbies. I’m an above-average player, give solid comms, play as a team, and I’m on a lot. I also have a great mic (no background noise, no echo).

I play to win, but I’m also here to laugh, joke around, talk trash, and have a good time while dropping high-kill games.

So, if you play OG regularly, have good energy, a good mic, and know how to win fights, please drop your Epic. 💜

24M - anyone found a Hold & Win game in Florida where the base game doesn’t feel like dead time?

i am looking for games where every spin has something happening on screen, even outside of bonus rounds so it doesn’t feel like the game is constantly in a waiting phase. I m based in Florida and its something I have started noticing more while playing casually...

Night owl. LF 1 friend for Duo. For Shows/Movies. Gaming. No groups. PC 35 F PST

Hiya! I prefer just 1 platonic friend around my age, but 21+ to 100+ is fine. To binge-watch shows, or movies with, etc. And at times, game together, or watch you game.

I am often up all night/I have a mostly nocturnal sleep schedule.. because I work nights.

I do not enjoy groups. And have no interest of our duo merging with, (nor becoming) a larger group in time. Looking for someone who also prefers just 1 good friend instead.

I like all sorts of games. Lately playing some Rocket League, Counter Strike 2, Wow Retail, Rust, Palworld, etc. Thinking about getting Subnautica 2 if not too scared. XD

I love all sorts of different shows, music, & movies! Open to watching new ones.. Or showing you faves of mine, if you haven't seen them!

LOTR, Star Wars, GOT, & sci-fi nerd, etc. Metalhead/goth/DnB artist. Fan of a NHL team (a.k.a. Canadian). Not interested in chatting about politics or religion, or Kardashian stuff, lol. Instead, into neat space facts, or cool animals like whales. Or dinosaurs, music, oceans, evolution, LOTR, and all sorts of of random stuff, aha.

Send me a message with a little about you/what you like. Cheers : )

Grinding as a busy 30+ adult

I love video games, they’re my number one hobby, but I work 12hour shifts, some of them overnight. I try to play as much as I can, but sometimes I can go a whole week without playing because I don’t have the time. So when I do get to play, I don’t really have the patience for heavy grinding anymore.

For example, when I’m playing Pokémon on my retro console, I fight every trainer I see and almost every wild encounter, except in caves or while surfing. But if, after doing all that, I still get to the gym and my team is six levels below the leader’s weakest Pokémon, I just can’t spend three hours grinding in tall grass to level up my whole team. That could easily take up all my gaming time for the day, so I usually just cheat in a bunch of Rare Candies instead.

Another example is when I played Persona 3 Reload. I fought every Shadow I came across too, but the few times I actually had to grind felt pretty frustrating. I’d honestly rather have that mechanic removed entirely, or at least have games give players a way to avoid it.

So, what do you think?

38F, PC, GMT+3, looking for a long-term gaming friend.

Right, I've decided to do this properly instead of staring at my game library alone like a Victorian ghost.

I'm 38, I play a lot of survival games and RPGs, and I take them way too seriously. Current rotation is Project Zomboid, Baldur's Gate 3, Divinity: Original Sin 2, Stardew Valley, Plate Up. Basically anything where you build things, make terrible decisions, or slowly fall apart while pretending you have a plan.

I'm open to trying new stuff too, just be patient with me for the first few hours while I figure out which button does the thing.

Looking for someone consistent, not a one-session stranger. Someone to actually play with regularly, share ridiculous clips with, and debrief after disasters. Light energy only. If you take losing personally we will not survive co-op together.

Humour matters a lot to me. Dry, absurd, slightly unhinged. Bonus points if your first message is something other than "hi."

GMT+3, so European evenings suit me well. 30+ preferred.

Say hello if any of this sounds like your kind of chaos.

39M Looking for gaming friends

Mostly a solo gamer but I have liked some friendslop games that have recently come out.

I’m 39/M in EST.

•	Fave genres - JRPGS, Metroidvanias, Roguelikes, Pokemon anything, Retro and romhacks, gacha games
•	Free time - 4pm EST onwards
•	Recent game rotation - Slay the spire 2, vampire crawlers, Diablo 4, Metaphor Refantazio, Donkey Kong bonanza, Mario kart world, Returnal, FTL, Silksong, Binding of Isaac

Random - Cat dad, Pokemon card obsessed, TikTok doomscroller, likes to hop on call and do our own thing, obsessed with collecting things, amazing playlists, anime watcher, building things

I don’t take myself too seriously, I just like having fun and vibing with people who send me memes at 4am in the morning. I’ll gladly talk about whatever YouTube essay you stumbled upon, what cryptid is currently messing with you and talk about anything real life related as well.

Not looking for romantic connections. I’m mainly looking for genuinely curious people who are bubbly and like to chat. Open to anyone long as we have something in common.

39F Thoughts on moving from console to PC

Hi! I've played on consoles from Atari to XboxX ,PS5, and switch with many in-between so that's my experience but I'm really wondering if I should move to PC. I'm just kinda tired of buying multiple of the same game. Does anyone have any insight on going to PC? I've been researching but there seems to be a variety of opinions so, any thoughts? Thank you in advance! I appreciate you!

42m/CST/PC - Looking for gaming friends - Please read my ramblings

So, I'm really good at rambling via text, so I'm just going to do that here so people get a feeling of what I'm like....

I'm 42 and I live in the central timezone. I put CST in the heading, but we're in the summer time of daylight savings time and it's technically CDT. Which, it hurts me not to say CDT because it's technically correct and that's the best kind of correct. However, people don't seem to know this and I didn't want to make people think it was not in the US by saying CDT. So, here we are. If you are the type of person that knows it's CDT and half-heartedly cares, we might get along. Anyway, I tend to game in the evenings, but i'm available during the day as well. Prefer US people for latency issues, any US timezone is good.

I'm married for 8 years to my best friend of 13 years, and a new father to a 15 year old girl. So, I still don't know what I'm doing. Try figuring out all that math, and I'll tell you how it all works out. It's not as complicated as you'd think.

I have 4 dogs. A chiweenie and 3 shitzus. There was someone on here that posted that they had a dog and would pay the dog tax. I offered to send them a picture of my wiener and they reported me for breaking chat rule 1 or something and then blocked me. So, here i am, looking for people who have a sense of humor and like dogs.

Alright, so games. Let's get down to the nitty gritty of things. What you actually came here for.
I have over 1000 games on steam. I have a lot of games on steam that I have other places, that i've purchased on steam because I want them on steam.... it's dumb. I know. But epic store, while giving me free games every week, isn't getting my money, other than a random fortnite skin here and there. Okay, to be more honest, they're emotes. I drop cash on emotes. Because I always play as Bob Belcher. No need for other skins.

I know I just said I play fortnite, but I play fortnite once a week with people who have trouble on deciding to play anything else. So, that's it. I don't particularly play otherwise. Although I'm not against it with the right people.

At this age, I kinda know exactly what I'm looking for in a game. But, rarely do I find it.

I used to be categorically against survival crafting games, but then I got okay with some of them, and started breaking down what I do and don't like. What I absolutely don't like in survival crafting is managing my inventory of food items, to combine them with things, to make food items that I can actually eat, that I have to eat to not die in the game. I hate doing this in real life. I don't want to do this in games. Also, there are better things that can be managed in an inventory. I've been playing Dune Awakening the last few months, and I love just going out and cruising around in a buggy and farming things. I don't love managing water, but I got to a point where I have a giant literjon, and I hit the 5 button and it drinks.
I have other survival crafting games, but a lot of them have things I don't like. I just bought them and shelved them.

I do enjoy a good fps. But I'm really bad at the S part of them. I will play objective modes and run around and get points and capture things and whatnot, but at this age I can't shoot things. I used to play a lot of Call of Duty. Blops7 just ended up not being worth my money. And before you say "well, give it a try" I did buy it, and then refunded it. I have BF6 but haven't played in a while. I mostly play Splitgate. Mostly by myself. If you know Splitgate and will play a little of it, we can be friends.
I have a really sad history of getting excited about fps games and then they die. *cries in XDefiant*

Lately I've been liking the idea of playing some PvE Extraction Shooter games. And you might say "PvE?! How do those work?" those are simply team based games, where you shoot and you have to do something an extract. IE: - Far Far West, Deeprock Galactic, Helldivers 2.... That sort of thing. Deeprock I like, but I get a little turned around and overwhelmed. Same for Helldivers 2. I feel lost the entire time, but can enjoy it with the right people. I'd really like to play Far Far West with some people right now.

Some things I'd be interested in playing that I've been thinking about recently: Roboquest, for 2 player, and Gunfire Reborn for the same sort of thing 4 player. Mycopunk fits in the extraction shooter sort of thing, I think.

I'm kinda done with MMO Games, after 20 years of wow. Let me rephrase. I'm done with tab targetting hit a button to action mmo games. I've been playing a bit of Farever, and it's been enjoyable. But I've hit a point where I'd like to play it with others. I'm level 11 and want to kill the big crab and the fire rat.

Spell Brigade hit 1.0. I absolutely love the idea of survivors-like games that are multiplayer. But I haven't encountered a lot of them. Would love to play spell brigade, or entropy survivors or whatever else that falls into that.

I enjoy a good multiplayer indie game. I like some friendslop games, and I have a few I would probably play once or twice and haven't at all, but I'd prefer something with a little more substance. I have been enjoying Slay the Spire 2 with friends.

Solo games I've been playing, to give you some idea of what I like: Vampire Crawlers and... well shit. That might be it. Everything I've played recently has been a playtest for something or other that I didn't love solo, or things that are multiplayer that I want to play multiplayer that I listed here already.

Feel free to ask if I want to play something I haven't listed. Chances are good I'm aware of it. Chances are good that if I'm interested in it and it costs less than $20 I already have it. Please read what I said and assess the virtues of the game before just blindly asking if I like it.

Other things about me. I'm into some crafting with laser engravers and 3D printers and I really want to get into making stained glass things. And then I'm not much for reading, but I'm on the latest Dungeon Crawler Carl book. I recently went to a ren festival here, and I wore a dungeon crawler carl hawaiian shirt. Everyone else was dressed in medieval garb or whatever, and I had a dozen people talk to me. Which.... was a lot. I'm kinda introverted in person, unless I know you pretty well. And I'm kinda less so online.

Anyway, finally going to end this ramble. Thanks for sticking along. If you didn't, go read it. It's educational or something.
I prefer a chat request over a reply. Or... a reply letting me know you sent me a chat. That's cool too!

I don't go around spamming my posts in different subreddits, or post every few days. If this is months later and you see this, still feel free to reach out. Otherwise, I look forward to making new friends!

30M/UK/Xbox and PC

Hey all!

Been a hot minute since I made some online friends but hoping to find some here. Not even necessarily looking for people to game with all the time but people who wanna talk about your favourite games, game news, games you’re looking forward to etc!

I’m recently been super into dungeon crawling looter shooter type games, mostly Remnant 2 and Minecraft Dungeons (why is that so fun??) but I’m biggggg into any kinda PvE or co-op games because I haven’t got it in me for competitive PvP any more.

Also little bit about me - I’m into kinda alternative music, anime, and I bloody love dogs so feel free to show me your dogs (I will love them all)

I usually jump on for an hour or 2 in the evenings and a bit longer of a weekend, but honestly I’m just up for people who wanna chat☺️

Feel free to send me a DM or add me on Steam, friend code: 878534677

32M UK, looking for some gaming pals

As the title says, I'm looking for some chill people to play some games with. A lot of my irl mates dont have as much free time as I do to play. I usually game for around 2 - 3 hours most evening and if I'm not busy at the weekends, most of the day.

I'm not permanently online, but it would be nice to arrange a few gaming sessions in the week.

I'm currently playing ARC Raiders, League of Legends (complete beginner) and KCD. I will be jumping back into Poe2 for 0.5 and would like to check out the new BF6 season at some point. I have built a new PC recently and have a large library on playstation.

Drop me a dm if you'd like to play some time :)

33m [est USA] Would love a new friend to chat with and game

Looking to talk and game with someone regularly if possible. I’ve had a couple times it just not work out due to scheduling but I’d love to give it another shot. Even if we just game separately but together would be cool!
Some games I’ve enjoyed and maybe we can find something in common to play together.
-Deep rock galactic
-crimson desert
-Alan wake 2
-abiotic factor
-borderlands 4

Now I’m not particularly playing those at the moment but I’d be happy to jump into one of those before investing too much time incase the vibe isn’t right. Would love to meet and game together soon!

I also play shooters like Helldivers, Space Marine 2, Halo, Destiny 2 ect
