In album 70-something. It’s the one where Whit* makes Connie a manager.

Wow… it is just awful. Truly awful. There is no color left in the show. No warmth. The script is terrible … Connie is talking about how they need a new employee and in walks a woman who immediately says she needs a job and are they hiring. ugh. The dialogue has ZERO character. Even the voice acting is terrible (though I think this is largely due to poor writing). Everything is “airy”.

What has happened to this once great show? I know some of the talent has passed away, but did all the writers leave too? And the producers?

I would say it’s a shell of itself, but that’s too kind. It’s not even a shell.

To be fair, I'm starting to feel pissed at AIO in general for completely changing the script on stories, like they have for the past 10+ years. No more Imagination Station, Whit isn't considered relevant anymore to the kids growth, and newer characters that just feel...dumber. Earlier in the summer Whit "left" on some trip and hasn't returned to any new episodes, so I'm wondering if this means the current actor has quit or, God forbid, died like the original VA did.

Second point: voice actors are resourceful ahen it comes to voices. Bring back Eugene, hell, even Bart Rathbone. Many of these characters never got storylines that gave valid reasons for being written out. Technically, Eugene is still alive with Katrina and Buck. Idk, I'm just tired of the changes.

Does anyone happen to have saved copies of the old scripts like Snow Day & Waylaid in the Windy City? The Odyssey Scoop used to have them, but looks like it's been taken down. I can't find them anywhere else online. If you have any saved feel free to DM. Would be HUGELY appreciated.
