I went to Aftershock in 2023 and had a great time. I was thinking about going again this year… until I saw their prices.
In 2023 I paid $360 plus $75 in service fees per 4 day GA ticket.
Now it’s $510 plus $93 for the same ticket? With almost the same lineup?
That’s insane.

Hello! I impulse bought a ticket last night and was planning on doing a road trip to and from as I'm in Kentucky, got a camping pass and everything to stay all 4 days...but after a post on Facebook I'm really curious if Aftershock (and I guess similar festivals) are really that dangerous for a solo traveler? I was already nervous as this is my first time out of state solo, but this is making me consider refunding the trip as a whole 😅
hi everyone!! so i know the fest has a clear bag policy, but ive been seeing conflicting info on hydration packs. some things from official info ive seen say yes and other official info says no.. i have a clear lunchbox pack that ive been using for other festivals so i emailed for some clarification and added pics and videos of what it looks like and according to them it should be good but i had also asked on instagram and they said security has the final say at the gate
im kinda like would you guys risk it even though they said it looks like it falls under approved ?

What do they mean by no wind breaks at camp? Does that include vertically hung shade cloth?
