While I originally intended this to be a part of a larger collage of maps about my playthrough as Buenos Aires, I kind of lost interest in making it, so I'm posting this as a standalone map so it doesn't go to waste.

AOH2DE or AOH3?

Im wondering what game should I buy. I very enjoyed AOH2, and i have 300h of playtime. Both games are now on discount, and Im wondering, is it worth buying AOH2DE if the new game is in the same price? What do you guys think

How to optimize custom scenarios?

The Modern Day scenario seems fully optimized, with hundreds of civilizations and the whole world with no uncolonized land. I made a custom scenario with a little over 100 civilizations. and it's not optimized in the same way. It seems like the game is fully capable of playing at higher end turn speeds, is there any way to optimize the game or a specific scenario? Even the 1444 scenario with over 1000 civilizations is perfectly optimized for lower end mobile devices. Even stranger, sometimes the scenario actually loads at a decent speed, I have tried playing with different civilizations.

Chinese flags in Definitive Edition sucks so i replaced them

  • For the Fascist flag i used Kuomintang's flag but with black background
  • For the Horde Flag i used a fan-made design for the Yuan Dynasty
  • For the Theocratic flag i used Taiping Rebellion's flag
  • For the Republic flag i used RoC's flag
  • For the City-State flag i used a flag that i found on pax historia
  • For the Tribal flag i used some random dynasty flag from pax historia

Has anyone done well like top 1 by far or complety won in modern day or Cold War? On aoh2 de 😭

Not gonna lie i usually do 1440 or older times but decided to be east Germany in the Cold War and make a comeback but fucking he’ll seems impossible to do anything meaningful with the big alliances . Especially the nato alliance (well idk if it’s called nato but pretty much is) . And when everyone starts getting nukes then it becomes impossible . Im playing on extreme difficulty . Genuinely need advice

I think im going to do the same run again as German democratic on Cold War but honestly Need advice

How to fix vassal libaration bug in AoH2 DE?

Help with AoH3 Not Launching

I have recently got AoH3 on my PC. NOT FROM STEAM. And I am trying to launch the game. And it's not launching. I have the Java installed. Everything set. Even the .bat file to manually launch the game. Used the administrator start. Restarted my PC. And checked the internet (not as thoroughly. That's why I'll go check more about this issue online. Untill then please tell me something that you can think of). Now whenever I launch from the .bat file. Administrator or not it simply opens a CMD window for a spilt second and turns off. If I try running the game.jar file. NOTHING HAPPENS. Is it my pc ? Anything to do with its specifications? I'll give the specifications below. Again. Any help is highly appreciated. Thank you.

4 GB Ram

iHD 3000 integrated

(In short it's a potato)

Update. I ran the command seperately as one of the person's said in the post below (thankyou) and I got this error

GLFW_API_UNAVALAIBLE WGL:the driver does not appear to support OpenGL couldn't create window.
