They said making Age of History II Online was impossible—even with modding or editing the game. Well... guess what? It's here, made in 2 days. no updates guaranteed, may depend on the hype on it and usage of it.

No port forwarding. No router headaches. No installing crazy mods for your friends.

This project is a lightweight, high-performance web interface that lets you play Age of History II directly inside any web browser. Instead of rebuilding the entire game from scratch, it streams the native Java screen in real-time to your browser while sending mouse clicks, touches, and key inputs back to the host machine. Think of it as a low-latency, custom remote-control stream built specifically for AOH2 multiplayer!

🔥 HOW EASY IT IS (NO TUTORIAL NEEDED):

1. Click "Web Multiplayer" twice inside the game and wait ~3 seconds.
2. The game automatically spins up a secure tunnel and opens your browser interface.
3. Inside the native game, start or load any scenario set up for 2+ players (AOH2 Native Multiplayer).
4. Jump to the Web UI, select your nation, and send the generated link to your friend. That's it! Once it's running on the web, you practically don't even need to touch or look at the .jar window anymore.

🎯 Smart Turn-Based Control: Control automatically passes to whichever player's turn it is.
📱 Cross-Platform / Web Guest: Friends can join instantly on PC or Mobile—zero installations for them!
💬 Interactive Web Chat: Built-in messaging, Emojis, and GIF (Tenor/Giphy) support right on the web UI.
🔊 Real-Time Audio Streaming: Sends sound effects and game audio straight from the host to the browser.
🛡️ Zero Mod Hassle: Only the Host needs the modified file. Guests just open the link.

⚠️ IMPORTANT PERFORMANCE & COMPATIBILITY NOTES:
• Mobile Support Warning: Mobile/Tablet browsing hasn't been thoroughly tested yet. Navigation on touchscreens might have unpredictable quirks or unexpected behavior!
• Resolution & Stream Lag: Streaming performance depends heavily on the host game's resolution. Higher native resolutions require significantly more CPU power to encode and send frames in real-time, which can cause stream lag. For the smoothest performance, keep your host game resolution moderate.
• Window Management: Do NOT minimize the AOH2 window (don't press "-"). Just open it, click outside on your browser page, and it will run perfectly in the background!

🛠️ FOR MODDERS & COMMUNITY:

There is currently no mobile version .jar (or dedicated mobile APK build) available yet. However, if any kind soul or modder wants to step up, create one, or take this further, you are more than welcome to!

1. Download and extract the files from the drive link above.
2. Put the online folder and the modified .jar file directly into your main AOH2 directory.
3. Launch the game using the .bat file.
4. Click 2x on "Web Multiplayer", wait ~3 seconds, copy the link, choose your nation, and send the link to your friend!
