It’s not that hard

Scored 87% in boards, submitted form last minute on deadline, and was invited for a personal interaction within 3-4 days. Personal interaction went well, uploaded 12th marksheet, got admission offer on 20th. I had good extracurriculars, PI & SOP.

I Think A Lot of People Miss Who They Used To Be.

Not because life became terrible.

But because somewhere along the way they became emotionally tired.

You stop laughing as loudly.

Stop talking as openly.

Stop getting excited about small things.

And eventually you become a version of yourself focused more on surviving than actually living.

I think that’s why nostalgia hits people so hard now.

People don’t just miss old memories.

They miss the version of themselves that existed before constant pressure, comparison, stress, and emotional exhaustion took over.

Regarding regular rounds

So I got my offer letter like 1 month ago and just a few days ago I got my results and I failed to meet the 80 percentage criteria.

In the offer letter they said if you fail to meet the 80 percentage criteria then you can still appear for regular rounds but now the question is how do I register for the regular rounds or does it automatically register me for the regular rounds?

Also what are my chances of getting in??

I want to get into physics. I got around 69.2 percentage

Is admission in AMSOM hard?

I was told that its pretty chill and you dont have to worry much you will mostly be selected. So i did not put lots of effort into it. I didn't even add my provisional score of 180 in IPMAT. I only applied for one course BBA honours finance and economics

Hi everyone, I wanted to ask whether Ahmedabad University requires students to appear for any entrance examination as part of the admission process for undergraduate courses like B.Com, Economics, Finance, or related programs. Is any university-specific entrance test, CUET, or any other examination

Got Acceptance, asked for Financial Aid

Got my acceptance to Amrut Mody School of Management (BSc Management) this morning — now navigating scholarship/financial aid before the May 22 deadline. Need advice.

So I just received my acceptance letter today and I'm genuinely excited, but there's a catch — I need to confirm my seat (yes/no) by May 22, and saying yes means paying the first-semester fees upfront.

The thing is, financial aid or scholarships were never discussed during my application process. Since the deadline is so close, I called the university to ask about it. The person I spoke to seemed pretty annoyed and unhelpful — he took down my application number and just told me to email the AU scholarship department.

Now I'm second-guessing myself. Did I make a mistake by asking? Part of me feels like they admitted me assuming I'd pay full fees, and now that I've brought up financial aid, it might work against me somehow — like they could rescind the offer or deprioritize me.

Is this a normal process? Has anyone been in a similar situation? Am I overthinking this, or is there actually something to worry about here?

Am i cooked?
