Hello,
With my girlfriend we’re going to spend 4 days in Olhos de Agua. We would like to spend as much time as possible relaxing in the beach and having good food. At night we usually don’t like to party but rather have nice walks and have some casual drinks.
We are not sure about wanting to go to Albufeira at night (doesn’t seem calm and safe) and at the same time we are afraid that Olhos de Agua is going to be a bit boring at night.
-What do you suggest are the best beaches in the area for 3/4 days?
-Any recommendations for where we should go out at night?
-Is it really necessary to rent a car or uber/bold should do the trick?

Hi everyone!

This is my 3rd year coming to Albufeira to visit my
godmother. I really love spending time here, but
coming from Moldova where average incomes
are quite low eating out in the main tourist areas
can get pretty heavy on my wallet very quickly.

I'm looking for recommendations on cheap,
authentic, or local-friendly places to eat in or
around Albufeira.

l'd especially appreciate tips on:

• Traditional local tascas or small family-run places

• Spots offering affordable prato do dia (daily lunch
specials)

• Good bakeries / pastelarias for quick and cheap
meals or sandwiches

• Hidden gems slightly away from the main tourist
strips and the Old Town

Any suggestions or secret favorite spots where
locals actually go would be greatly appreciated!

Boa tarde a todos,
este ano vamos para a zona de Olhos de Água/Balaia, tendo estado no ano passado em Portimão/Praia da Rocha.
Esta zona é mais tranquila para estar em familia? como costuma ser as praias e a àgua do mar? Na zona envolvente, existe alguma alguma coisa que valha a pena visitar, caso nao esteja bom tempo para praia?
Restaurantes menos turisticos, já ouvi falar de alguns, alguma sugestão?

Infelizmente, passei a uns 100km/h nesse radar tava a ir pra ferreiras e esqueci-me completamente, alguém me sabe dizer se quem vem de boliqueime pra ferreiras de mota se esse radar apanha na mesma? Como ele ta virado em direção a boliqueime..
